Terms and Conditions of “Fubon Bank x Klook Limited-time Offers” (“Promotion”):

1. The Promotion is only applicable to the principal cardholders and supplementary cardholders of Fubon Visa Credit Card issued by Fubon Bank (Hong Kong) Limited (the “Bank”) (“Eligible Credit Card”), such holders, “Eligible Cardholders”).
2. The promotion period is from 20 April 2026 to 14 June 2026 (both dates inclusive) (“Promotion Period”).
3. The Promotion is only applicable to the Eligible Cardholders who have a Klook Hong Kong account (“Klook user account”, which is validly registered on Klook (“Merchant”) Hong Kong website (“Klook website”) or its mobile application) to make a single net transaction of a designated category product that meets a specified amount using an Eligible Credit Card on Klook’s designated website or its mobile application during the Promotion Period (“Eligible Transaction”), while entering the designated promotion code (“Promo Code”) at checkout will be entitled to a discount offer (“Offers”).

All photos, product prices and product information that relate to the Offers are provided by the Merchant and are for reference purpose only. Offers are also subject to the relevant terms and conditions issued by the Merchant.
4. Only one Promo Code can be applied to each Eligible Transaction.
5. Offer quotas will be refreshed in every Monday at 12:00. Offer quotas will be served on a first-use-first-served basis, while stock lasts. The quota is calculated based on the computer record of Merchant which shall be conclusive. The Promo Code will not be available for use once it reaches the total usage limit. Quota full message will be shown on Klook website in case Offer quotas are full.
6. Subject to quota availability, each Eligible Cardholder’s Klook user account is entitled to a maximum of one redemption per week for each of the three Promo Code under the “Product Discount Offer” during the Promotion Period; and a single, one-time maximum redemption during the Promotion Period for “Weekly Surprise Offer”. The usage quota for the Promo Code will be stated clearly in the Promo Code terms and conditions. If the Promo Code is not used when placing the order, the relevant Offer will not be reissued.
7. Once Eligible Cardholders enter and use the designated Promo Code of the Promotion, they must use an Eligible Credit Cards to pay and the payment method cannot be changed.
8. The Bank and the Merchant shall not be liable if an Eligible Cardholder fails to input the designated Promo Code when conducting transactions and that it results in forfeiture of the Cardholder’s eligibility to the Offer. After entering the designated Promo Code, the system will automatically apply the Offer to the applicable order and display the discount on the transaction page.
9. For the avoidance of doubt, the following types of transactions are not applicable for the calculation of Eligible Transactions:
   
   • Product including Universal Studio Japan, Japan Rail Pass, and activities as specified by Klook from time to time;
   • Any transactions that are subject to cancellation, charge-back, return of goods and/or refund;
   • Any autopay, unposted transactions or any other payment transactions as specified by the Bank from time to time;
   • All payment via eWallet or third-party payment applications/ platforms (include but not limited to PayPal, Payme, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, WeChat Pay, and AlipayHK), reloads of e-Wallet or Octopus Automatic Add-Value Service; or
   • Any other type of transaction as determined by the Bank from time to time.
10. Unless otherwise specified, the offers cannot be used in conjunction with Merchant’s other special promotions, discounts or promotional coupons, nor be transferred or exchanged for cash or other offers.
11. The actual selling prices of products are based on the price listed on Klook website. The selling prices will be changed slightly from day to day based on the exchange rate fluctuation. The final price and currency indicated at checkout is the amount to be charged to Eligible Credit Card. For details, please contact the Merchant.
12. Offer of this Promotion may not be applicable to products or activities as specified by Merchant from time to time. Please visit Klook website for details.
13. Booking made on Klook website and its mobile application is not refundable. Any used Promo Code will be forfeited and will not be re-issued.
14. Time and validity of any transactions and/or eligibility of a Cardholder to the Offer shall be determined by the Bank at its sole discretion based on the Bank’s record. If there is any discrepancy between the record of transaction held by an Eligible Cardholder and that held by the Bank, the Bank’s record shall be conclusive and binding on the Eligible Cardholder.
15. Eligible Cardholders must retain the original transaction records of any transactions. In case of any disputes, the Bank reserves the right to require Eligible Cardholders to submit the relevant original transaction slips, other documents or evidence for verification. The submitted transaction slips, documents and/or evidence will not be returned. If there is any discrepancy between the Bank’s record and Eligible Cardholder’s record of any transaction, the Bank’s record shall prevail.
16. The Offer cannot be exchanged for cash, gift/cash vouchers, or other products/services, nor can it be used in conjunction with other promotional offers and discounts.
17. The Bank is not the product supplier or service provider of the relevant Offer and the offers details and the relevant photos are provided by the relevant product supplier or service provider. The Bank makes no representation or guarantee as to the quality and availability of the products, services or information provided by the product supplier or service provider, and shall not be liable for any matters arising from or in connection with the products, quota, services or information provided by the product supplier or service provider. Any claim, complaint, or dispute arising out of, or in connection with, the said products, services or benefits shall be resolved between Eligible Cardholders and the relevant product supplier or service provider.
18. The Bank and the Merchant reserve the right to suspend, vary or cancel the Offer and amend the relevant Terms and Conditions at any time without any prior notice. In case of any disputes, the decision of the Bank and the Merchant shall be final and conclusive.
19. Eligible Cardholders are to be bound by the terms and conditions of the Offer. For enquiry, please contact the Merchant for details.
20. No person other than the Eligible Cardholders, the Merchant or the Bank will have any right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance (Chapter 623 of the Laws of Hong Kong) to enforce or enjoy the benefit of any of the provisions of these terms and conditions.
21. Should there be any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of the terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
