General Terms and Conditions of the Merchant Offers:

  1. The “Fubon Bank x Exclusive Time-limited Travel Offers” (“Promotion”) is only applicable to the Principal and Supplementary Cardholders (“Cardholders”) of Fubon Credit Cards (“Applicable Credit Cards”) issued by Fubon Bank (Hong Kong) Limited (the "Bank").
  2. The "Promotion Period" runs from 6 May to 5 June 2024 (both dates inclusive).
  3. Cardholders who has a Klook Hong Kong account (“Klook user account”, which registered at Klook (“Merchant”) Hong Kong website (https://www.klook.com/en-HK/)(“Klook website”) or its mobile application) and conduct a single net spending of a designated product upon a designated amount via Klook website or its mobile application with the Fubon Credit Card during the Promotion Period (“Eligible Transaction”), and enter the designated promotion code (“Promo Code”) during checkout will be entitled to a discount offer (“Offer”). Offer details as follow:
    • Get HK$150 off with promo code 【FB24MAY150】 when a customer conducts a single net spending upon HK$300
    • Get HK$100 off with promo code 【FB24MAY100】 when a customer conducts a single net spending of HK$1,000
      The Promo Code will be valid on a weekly basis throughout 4 weeks during the Promotion Period, usage quota as follow:
      • 【FB24MAY150】Promo Code: 25 quotas per week, total 100
      • 【FB24MAY100】Promo Code: total 3,169 for the entire program
  4. Only one Promo Code can be applied to each Eligible Transaction. Each Cardholder’s Klook user account can enjoy each of the Offer 1 once and Offer 2 twice during the Promotion Period.
  5. Offer quotas are applied to this Promotion. Promo Code for the Offer will be valid on a weekly basis throughout 4 weeks during the Promotion Period and the quota will be updated on every Monday (6, 13, 20 & 27 May 2024) at 00:00.
  6. Offer quotas will be served on a first-use-first-serve basis, while stock lasts. The quota is calculated based on the computer record of Merchant which shall be conclusive. The Promo Code will not be available for use once it reaches total usage limit. Quota full message will be shown on Fubon Bank (Hong Kong) Limited (“the Bank”) website and Klook website in case Offer quotas are full.
  7. Each Cardholder’s Klook user account is allowed to redeem and use each Promo Code once. Promo Code usage quota will be stated in Promo Code terms and conditions clearly. If the designated Promo Code is not used when placing the order, the Offer will not be reissued.
  8. Once Cardholders enter and use the designated Promo Code of the Promotion, they must use Applicable Credit Cards to pay and the payment method cannot be changed.
  9. The Bank and the Merchant will not accept any liability should a Cardholder fail to input the designated Promo Code when conducting transactions and that it results in forfeiture of the Cardholder’s eligibility to the Offer. After entering the designated Promo Code, the system will automatically apply the Offer to the applicable order and display the discount on the transaction page.
  10. For the avoidance of doubt, the following types of transactions are not applicable for the calculation of Eligible Transactions in the Promotion:
    • Any transactions that are subject to cancellation, charge-back, return of goods and/or refund;
    • Any autopay, unposted transactions or any other payment transactions as specified by the Bank from time to time;
    • All payment via eWallet or third-party payment applications/ platforms (include but not limited to PayPal, PayMe, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, WeChat Pay HK, and AlipayHK), reloads of e-Wallet or Octopus Automatic Add-Value Service; or
    • Any other type of transaction as determined by the Bank from time to time.
  11. Unless otherwise specified, the offers cannot be used in conjunction with Merchant’s other special promotions, discounts or promotional coupons, nor be transferred or exchanged for cash or other offers.
  12. The actual selling prices of products are based on the price listed on Klook website. The selling prices will be changed slightly from day to day based on the exchange rate fluctuation.
  13. Offer of this Promotion may not be applicable to products or activities as specified by Klook from time to time. Please visit Klook website for details.
  14. Klook platform has been set up in Hong Kong, its product prices can be converted into multiple currencies. Some currencies may include service charge and / or handling fees.
  15. Booking made on Klook website and its mobile application is not refundable. Any used Promo Code will be forfeited and will not be re-issued.
  16. All the names of other companies and products may be the trademarks owned by the various related companies.
  17. This Promotion is only applicable to the Cardholders whose Applicable Credit Card accounts are valid, not in default and in good standing (as determined by the Bank at its sole discretion) during the Promotion Period and when the Offer is issued. If the status of a Cardholder’s Applicable Credit Card account is not in good standing, the Bank reserves the right to disqualify the Cardholder from participating in the Promotion and/or enjoying the Offer.
  18. Time and validity of any transactions and/or eligibility of a Cardholder to the Offer shall be determined by the Bank at its sole discretion based on the Bank’s record. If there is any discrepancy between the record of transaction held by a Cardholder and that held by the Bank, the Bank’s record shall be conclusive and binding on the Cardholder.
  19. Cardholders must retain the original transaction records of any transactions. In case of any disputes, the Bank reserves the right to require Cardholders to submit the relevant original transaction slips, other documents or evidence for verification. The submitted transaction slips, documents and/or evidence will not be returned. If there is any discrepancy between the Bank’s record and Cardholder’s record of any transaction, the Bank’s record shall prevail.
  20. Participation in the Promotion is subject to there being no abuse/noncompliance by the Cardholder, failing which the Bank will debit the values of the Offers from the Cardholder’s account without notice and/or take such action to recover any outstanding amounts.
  21. The Bank is not the supplier of the products/services and the description, photos or reference price (if any) in relation to the products/services published on this marketing material, which are not provided by the Bank and intended to be for reference only. Any enquiry, claim or complaint in relation to the quality or availability of the products/services or the accuracy of any of the aforementioned information contained on this marketing material shall be directed to the participating supplies. The Bank shall assume no liability in respect thereof.
  22. The Bank and the Merchant may change these terms and conditions and/or modify or terminate the Promotion. The Bank’s and the Merchant’s decision are final.
  23. The English version shall prevail if there is any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions.
