“Monthly Reward”* You will be rewarded with a HK$50 YATA Gift Certificate for every HK$2,000 spending per month, rebate up to 2.5% (cut-off date will be the 15th day of each month).
“Balance Reward”* The remaining spending amount or the spending amount less than HK$2,000 will be automatically accumulated for the “Balance Reward” after deduction of the “Monthly Reward” above. Interest-free Installment Plan

  1. Upon purchase of the designated products with HK$1,500 or above at YATA, you can enjoy interest-free installment plan with repayment period up to 36 months. For every HK$1 repaid, you will be entitled to 1 credit card bonus point.
  2. Upon spending of HK$1,000 or above with YATA Visa Platinum Card at any merchants, you can apply for the installment plan. Repayment period of the first installment is up to 87 days. For every HK$1 repaid, you will be entitled to 1 credit card bonus point. Tenor period is from 6 months to 36 months with 0.5% monthly handling fee only.

General Terms and Conditions of the Welcome Gift Offers and Other Benefits:

General Terms and Conditions of the Welcome Gift Offers and Other Benefits:
1. To be eligible for the principal card welcome gift, customers are required to successfully apply for a principal card of YATA Visa Platinum Card on or before 31 December 2025. A new card will be sent to the customer at his/her correspondence address by Fubon Bank (the “Bank”) or customer will be contacted to collect the new card at branch. To be eligible for the welcome gifts, the principal cardholder is required to spend HK$2,800 or above on eligible retail purchase and/or cash advance with the principal card within the first 3 months from the date of card issuance. Other transactions including but not limited to tax payment, online bill payment, balance transfers, installment, administration fee, financial charges, annual fee, autopay transactions, Octopus AAVS reload transactions and casino transactions will not be counted as welcome gift spending requirement. The transaction date(s) shown in the statement(s) issued by the Bank shall be regarded as the relevant transaction date(s). If any retail transaction(s) is/are later cancelled or reversed after the redemption of the welcome gifts causing the cardholder not fulfilling the spending requirement, the Bank reserves the right to debit HK$100 as handling fee against his/her account immediately without prior notice.
2. Only customers who are not holders of the Bank's credit cards or co-branded cards (including supplementary card) up to the application date are eligible for the welcome gift. No welcome gift will be granted if customers have cancelled the Bank's credit cards within the past 6 months from the application date in the case of successful application. To be eligible for the welcome gift, the relevant credit card account must be still valid and in normal status.
3. A welcome gift redemption letter will be sent to the customer at his/her correspondence address within 4 to 6 weeks (from transaction posting date) upon the cardholder fulfilling the spending requirement. Cardholders have to bring along the original copy of welcome gift redemption letter and other necessary documents to the designated Customer Service Counter of YATA Department Store or the designated Cashier Customer Service Counter of YATA Supermarket for redeeming the welcome gift. Please refer to the redemption details as stated on the welcome gift redemption letter.
4. Each customer is only eligible for one welcome gift regardless of the number of the Bank's credit cards or co-branded cards applications successfully applied for. Customer is not allowed to change the welcome gift once it has been chosen. Welcome gifts listed above are provided on a first-come-first-served basis, while stock lasts. If any of the welcome gifts chosen are out of stock, the Bank reserves the right to substitute the welcome gift with another offer without prior notice. The value or nature of the substitute may differ from the current welcome gifts offered in this promotion.
5. The relevant products, services, information and photos are provided by YATA Department Store. The Bank makes no representation or guarantee as to the quality and availability of the products, services or information provided by YATA Department Store, and shall not be liable for any matters arising from or in connection with the products, services or information provided by YATA Department Store. Any claim, complaint, or dispute arising out of, or in connection with, the said products, services or benefits shall be resolved between cardholders and YATA Department Store.

General Terms and Conditions of YATA Credit Card Bonus Point Program:
1. 
Unless otherwise specified, validity period of YATA Credit Card Bonus Point Program (the “Program”) is from 1 January 2025 to 31 December 2025, both dates inclusive (“Validity Period”).
2. 
To be entitled to the relevant bonus points, cardholder is required to make transactions using YATA Credit Card (the “Card”) issued by the Fubon Bank (the “Bank”) during Validity Period.
3. 
Cardholder can earn bonus point (the “Point(s)”) for every HK$1 spending made by the Card (including principal and supplementary cards). This program is only applicable to retail purchase, other transactions including but not limited to cash advance, administration fee, financial charges, annual fee; bill payment to Inland Revenue Department, category of Insurance or Pension Services and chips transactions are not applicable (“Eligible Transaction”). Calculation of the Point will be based on issuance date of the authorized approval code of the Eligible Transaction and will be credited to cardholder’s principal card account on the posting date. No Points will be offered to any unposted, cancelled or refunded transactions.
4. 
The Points and gifts from different Card accounts under the same cardholder will be accumulated and redeemed separately. The Points accumulated will be valid for up to one year (calculated by Membership year) and the due date of the Points will be shown on the cardholder’s principal card monthly statement. Voided or expired Points will be automatically purged and cannot be extended or redeemed. Purged Points will not be shown on the monthly statement.
5. 
To be entitled to the relevant Points and for redemption of the Points, all Card accounts at the Bank under the same cardholder shall be valid and in normal status.
6. 
In case if a transaction for earning Point(s) is cancelled or refunded after it is posted, the Bank will reverse the relevant Point(s) from the Card account. If the Point(s) are already redeemed which cannot be reversed, the Bank reserved the rights to debit an equivalent amount in accordance to the ratio of 1 Point = HK$0.004 from the Card account without prior notice. All accumulated Points will be forfeited immediately from the date of Card account termination (regardless of any reason).
7. 
The maximum Points to be earned by Platinum or Titanium cardholder in each monthly statement will be triple of their Cards' credit limit; whereas the maximum Points to be earned by Gold or Classic cardholder will be twice of the Card’s credit limit. The cap of Points is inapplicable to temporary increase of credit line.
8. 
Customers who register via Fubon Internet Banking Service or Fubon Bank Integrated Customer Service Hotline at 2566 8181 can redeem the Rewards free of charge. If it is made via mail-in or fax-in, HK$10 administrative fee per application will be charged. The required Points or administrative fee (if applicable) of rewards redemption will be deducted from the cardholder’s Card account and the related transaction will be shown in the coming cardholder’s card monthly statement.
9. 
Multiple rewards redemption is allowed. All rewards items are limited in quantity and will be offered on a first-come-first-served basis. In case if there is insufficient stock, the Bank reserves the right to substitute the ordered rewards with another one without prior notice. No cancellation or alteration is allowed once the application is submitted.
10. 
In the event that the Card account does not have sufficient Points for rewards redemption, the concerned redemption shall be cancelled automatically without prior notice.
11. 
For cash coupon redemption, a redemption letter or the cash coupon(s) (if applicable) will be mailed to cardholder’s card statement address within 4 to 6 weeks (cardholder will be notified of the redemption details upon phone registration); while for cash credit redemption, it will be credited to cardholder's principal card account directly and offset the statement balance in the next monthly statement.
12. 
The use of cash coupons is subject to the terms and conditions on the redemption letter or cash coupons. The Bank is not the product supplier or service provider of the relevant merchant offers and the offers details and the relevant photos are provided by the relevant product suppliers or service providers. The Bank makes no representation or guarantee as to the quality and availability of the products, services or information provided by the product suppliers or service providers, and shall not be liable for any matters arising from or in connection with the products, services or information provided by the product suppliers or service providers. Any claim, complaint, or dispute arising out of, or in connection with, the said products, services or benefits shall be resolved between cardholders and the relevant product suppliers or service providers.
13. 
The operation of Points enquiry and/or redemption in credit card account is only applicable to principal cardholder.
14. 
The acceptance or rejection of the application of rewards redemption shall be at the discretion of the Bank. The Bank reserves the right to suspend, vary or cancel the above Program and amend the relevant terms and conditions (including but not limited to the rewards items and the required Points) at any time without prior notice. In case of dispute, the decision of the Bank shall be final and conclusive.
15. 
The use of the Card (including principal and supplementary cards) shall also be governed by the terms and conditions of “Fubon Bank VISA/MasterCard Cardholder Agreement”.

Remarks: The Bank reserves the right for the decision of final approval of all Credit Card application, and to suspend, vary or terminate the above offers and its terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. In case of any disputes, the decision of the Bank shall be final and conclusive.

Should there be any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of the terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
