On Kee Dry Seafood Year-Round Promotion (“Promotion”) Terms and Conditions:

1. The promotion period is from 1 March 2025 to 31 December 2025 (both dates inclusive) (“Promotion Period”).
2. The Promotion is only applicable to the principal and supplementary cardholders of Fubon Visa / Mastercard Credit Card issued by Fubon Bank (Hong Kong) Limited (“the Bank”) (“Eligible Credit Card”, such holders are “Eligible Customer(s)”).
3. Eligible Customer(s) can enjoy 3% discount on regular-priced items (“Offer”) with the Eligible Credit Card at the physical stores of On Kee Dry Seafood Company Limited (“Merchant”) in Hong Kong during the entire Promotion Period.
4. To enjoy the Offer, Eligible Customer(s) must settle the full payment with Eligible Credit Card within the Promotion Period (“Eligible Transactions”).
5. Offer cannot be exchanged for cash, gift/cash vouchers, or other products/services, nor be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers provided by the Merchant unless stated otherwise.
6. All products and services are subject to availability and on a first-come-first-served basis while stocks last. For any inquiries related to products, services or the Promotion, please contact the Merchant directly.
7. The Bank is not the product supplier or service provider of the relevant Merchant Offer and the Promotion details and the relevant photos are provided by the relevant product supplier or service provider. The Bank makes no representation or guarantee as to the quality and availability of the products, services or information provided by the product supplier or service provider, and shall not be liable for any matters arising from or in connection with the products, services or information provided by the product supplier or service provider. Any claim, complaint, or dispute arising out of, or in connection with, the said products, services or benefits shall be resolved between the customers and the relevant product supplier or service provider.
8. The Bank and the Merchant reserve the right to suspend, vary or cancel the Promotion and amend the relevant terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. In case of any disputes, the decision of the Bank and the Merchant shall be final and conclusive.
9. Unless expressly provided to the contrary in these terms and conditions, a person who is not a party has no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance (Chapter 623 of the Laws of Hong Kong) to enforce or enjoy the benefit of any of the provision of these terms and conditions.
10. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong.
11. Should there be any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.

FBHK x On Kee Limited Promotion (“Promotion”) Terms and Conditions:

1. The promotion period is from 1 April 2025 to 31 May 2025 (both dates inclusive) (“Promotion Period”).
2. The Promotion is only applicable to the principal and supplementary cardholders of Fubon Visa / Mastercard Credit Card issued by Fubon Bank (Hong Kong) Limited (“the Bank”) (“Eligible Credit Card”, such holders are “Eligible Customer(s)”).
3. Eligible Customer(s) can enjoy the following offers (collectively, the “Offers”) with the Eligible Credit Card at the physical stores of On Kee Dry Seafood Company Limited (“Merchant”) in Hong Kong during the entire Promotion Period:
   
   • Extra 10X Bonus Points upon any spending (“Rewards”); and
   • A box of “Braised Abalone in Signature Sauce (3 pcs)” upon net purchase of HK$1,500 or above in a single transaction (“Gift”).
4. The extra bonus points will be capped at 100,000 points and the Gift can only be redeemed once for each Eligible Credit Card account during the entire Promotion Period. The Gift is limited and is available on a first-come-first-served basis while stock lasts.
5. The Bank and/or the Merchant reserve the right to offer any alternative gifts and replacement if the relevant Gift is not available without prior notice. Quoted prices and types of those gifts may not be the same as the Gift provided in this promotion.
6. To enjoy the Offers, Eligible Customer(s) must settle the full payment with Eligible Credit Card within the Promotion Period (“Eligible Transactions”).
7. Offers cannot be exchanged for cash, gift/cash vouchers, or other products/services, nor be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers provided by the Merchant unless stated otherwise.

Upon verification by the Bank based on its own records, the extra bonus points awarded under this Promotion will be combined (including the principal card and supplementary card) and will be credited to the principal cardholder's Eligible Credit Card account on or before 31 July 2025 and then shown on the credit card statement. Only Eligible Transactions posted within the Promotion Period will be counted for this Promotion. Eligible Transactions under this Promotion will NOT be entitled to enjoy the rewards of Fubon Credit Card “Sure Win Spending Rewards” program.
10. The credit card account(s) maintained by Eligible Cardholder(s) should remain valid and in good standing when the Rewards are credited.
11. Eligible Customer(s) must keep the original sales or transaction slips for records. In case of any dispute, the Bank reserves the right to request the Eligible Customer(s) to provide the relevant original sales slips and/or such further documentation or evidence for verification at any time during or after the Promotion.
12. The Bank has the right to debit or forfeit the Rewards from the Eligible Customers’ Credit Card accounts without prior notice if the Eligible Transactions have been refunded or cancelled after the Rewards have been credited.
13. The Bank is not the product supplier or service provider of the relevant Merchant Offer and the Promotion details and the relevant photos are provided by the relevant product supplier or service provider.
