General Terms and Conditions of the Merchant Offers:

The promotion period is from 17 April 2025 until 31 December 2025 (both dates inclusive) (“Promotion Period”).
Cardholders can enjoy a 5% discount per a single purchase of household items of HK$100 or above at Pricerite stores, eShop or mobile app on Thursdays throughout the Promotion Period (“Promotional Offer”), subject to the terms and conditions specified.
Promotional Offer at Pricerite is applicable to the principal and supplementary cardholders of Fubon Visa / Mastercard Credit Card (“Eligible Credit Card”).
This Promotional Offer is not applicable to purchase of large furniture, pet furniture, pet food, pet items, personal hygiene and sanitizing items, food, food voucher, health foods and supplements, medicine, consignment items, discounted price (including: weekly special, flash price, crazy price) and display items.
This Promotional Offer is not applicable to purchase of delivery charge, installation fee, plastic shopping bag charge and other services charge.
This Promotional Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount offers (including member Year-round offer, birthday month offer, Caring card / Premium card / Prestige card / Corporate discounts, coupons, redemption coupons etc.) and payment by installment.
Promotional Offer cannot be exchanged for cash, gift/cash vouchers, or other products/services, nor be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers.
Discount offer is based on net amount of a single purchase.
To enjoy the Promotional Offer, customers must present and settle payment with Fubon Credit Card at Pricerite stores.
To enjoy this Promotional Offer when shopping at Pricerite eShop and mobile app, customers must fulfill all of the following conditions:
- Use a Fubon Bank Credit Card as the payment method;
- Enter the promo code “PHLFB25” at checkout;
- Hold a valid Pricerite membership;
- Purchase items available on Pricerite eShop or mobile app only.
Discounted products purchased via Pricerite eShop or mobile app are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-transferable.

Any enquiry, claim, complaint, or dispute arising out of, or in connection with, the said products, services or benefits shall be resolved between cardholders and the relevant product supplier or service provider.
Fubon Bank and the relevant merchant reserve the right to suspend, vary or cancel the Promotional Offer and amend the relevant Terms and Conditions at any time without any prior notice. In case of any disputes, the decision of Fubon Bank and the relevant merchant shall be final and conclusive.
A person other than the eligible customers, the Bank and/or the relevant merchant has no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance (Chapter 623 of the Laws of Hong Kong) to enforce or enjoy the benefit of any term of this Agreement.
Should there be any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of the terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
