"Fubon Business Online" Service is an online banking services offered by Fubon Bank (Hong Kong) Limited. You can perform most of the banking transactions in your personal computer over the Internet 24-hour a day and seven days a week around the year. Transaction’s instructions submitted outside banking or specific processing hours will be processed on the next business day.

Complete the "Fubon Business Online" Service Application Form with signature and return it to our Bank’s staff. The Bank’s staff may contact the applicant if verification is required.

Our "Fubon Business Online" Service is provided to customers for free. However, certain transactions such as remittance and fund transfer via CHATS, etc are subject to payment of handling fee. For details, please refer to the Bank’s Service Charges table.

You are strongly recommended NOT to perform any banking transactions in an area where Internet service is available to the public. It is very difficult for you to ensure if these personal computers are free of any hacker programs or viruses which can capture or destroy your personal account information.

You can re-apply for the Corporate Administrator ID or Password either:

  • Complete the Regeneration of Corporate Administrator ID / Password Application Form with signature and return it to our bank staff. The Bank staff may contact the applicant if any verification is required; or
  • Call our Customer Service Hotline at 2806 5062 during office hours^.
    ^Office Hours: Mon to Fri: 9am to 7pm; Sat: 9am to 1pm (Except Public Holidays).

  • Call our Customer Service Hotline at 2806 5062 during office hours^; or

You should immediately report that your Password or device has been compromised, lost or stolen, or unauthorized transactions to our Bank at once by calling our 24-hour Service Hotline 2104 3362 to immediately terminate your "Fubon Business Online" Service. You may be held liable for all losses if you have failed to follow our security guidelines.

  • You should always enter the full URL of Fubon Bank website (https://www.fubonbank.com.hk) at the address bar of your browser to access the Fubon Business Online Service.
  • You can verify that by viewing the Fubon Business Online's SSL certificate. You should see that the certificate is issued to Fubon Bank (Hong Kong) Limited (www.fbo.fubonbank.com.hk) and the valid signer of the certificate with a valid period.

We have implemented various measures to ensure the security of the Fubon Business Online Service and privacy of the account and transaction information:

  • Key Encryption, Confidentiality and Data Integrity
    Public key infrastructure are employed for authentication and for protecting your privacy.
  • 128-bit or above Transport Layer Security (TLS) Encryption Technology
    All data transmitted through the Fubon Business Online Service and your browser are scrambled using 128-bit or above, which provides the highest level of security among all available encryption methods.
  • Personal Identification Number
    This is your personal password that must be entered to access the Fubon Business Online Service.
  • Automatic Time-out
    When there is no activity for a period of time, the login session will be automatically terminated.
  • Firewall and Physical Secure Environment
    We are concerned that information arrived at the Fubon Business Online Service are processed with great care. Our systems are protected by firewalls which are a combination of industrial strength computer hardware and software that securely separate the Internet System from Fubon's internal computer systems. The Fubon Business Online Service is also physically located in an isolated area with restricted access.

Q22. What is Faster Payment System (FPS)?

The Faster Payment System (FPS) is an efficient and broadly accessible instant funds transfer platform that supports funds transfers using the payee’s bank account number or via payee’s mobile number, e-mail address or FPS Identifier after the payee has registered with the Addressing Service, allowing you to make and receive local payment in Hong Kong Dollars or Renminbi.

The FPS Addressing Service is a service provided by HKICL as part of HKICL FPS to facilitate Participant’s customers to use a predefined Proxy ID instead of an account number to identify the destination of a payment or funds transfer instruction, as well as other communications through HKICL FPS.
