Our Fubon Credit Card Merchant Online Service is free to all Fubon Credit Card Merchants.

There are five steps to register for Fubon Credit Card Merchant Online Service:

  1. Collect an Application Form from any of our branches; or download the Application Form from www.fubonbank.com.hk; or request an Application Form by calling our Customer Service Hotline at 2566 8181.
  2. Fill in the Application Form
  3. Submit the application through any of our branches or mail-in the Application Form to our Merchant Acquiring Business Department.
  4. Receive User ID & Password by email and mail separately

To start using Fubon Credit Card Merchant Online Service, merchant is required to arrange for: a computer with an operating system using Windows 10 (English or Chinese version); and a browser using Microsoft Edge and Chrome and with Javascript enabled

If merchant has forgotten / lost its Password, please complete the Merchant Online Password Reset Form and submit the Form through any of our branches or mail-in the Form to our Merchant Acquiring Business Department; or please contact our Customer Service Hotline at 2566 8181 for further assistance.

Merchant can access all merchant accounts under the same company.

If merchant types in invalid information such as User ID or Password, the system will prompt it to re-enter the information again.


If the Merchant Online user ID is locked, merchant can apply for the Merchant Online user ID/Password reset:

  • Complete Merchant Online Password Reset Form with signature and submit the Form through any of our branches; or
  • Mail-in the Form to our Merchant Acquiring Business Department. The Bank staff may contact the applicant if any verification is required; or
  • Call our Customer Service Hotline at 2566 8181

Yes. Merchant can update its Password in the "Merchant Service" section in the Fubon Credit Card Merchant Online.

Yes. Merchant can submit the request through any of our branches or mail-in the Merchant Online Service Cancellation Form to our Merchant Acquiring Business Department to terminate the Fubon Credit Card Merchant Online Service.

Q11. How long will the monthly Merchant e-Statements and Daily/Weekly Merchant e-Advices be kept online?

Fubon Credit Card Merchant Online will keep a maximum of the latest 7 years of the monthly Merchant e-Statements and 90 days of the daily/weekly Merchant e-Advices. Merchants are advised to print out or download their Merchant e-Statements/e-Advices for record purpose.

Merchant can complete the Information Update Form with signature and submit the Form through any of our branches; or mail-in the Form to our Merchant Acquiring Business Department.
