General Terms and Conditions of the Merchant Offers:

The promotion period is from 20 January 2025 to 31 December 2025 (both dates inclusive).
To enjoy the offer, cardholders must mention “Fubon Offer” at the time of booking.
Cardholders need to make the bookings via: Tel: 2216 9888 (Business hours: Mon – Fri 8am – 7pm, Sat: 8am – 5pm).
Deposit will be debited from credit card by DCH Mobility once the booking is confirmed. For details, please refer to the rate card.
Driver must be aged 25 or above with valid driving licence for at least 2 years. A valid HKID Card / Certificate of identity and driving licence must be presented during vehicle collection.
All cars are covered by insurance. In case of accident, damage or theft, the hirer is liable for the corresponding insurance excess that listed in the rate card.
All cars are supplied with a full tank of fuel and should be returned with the same level of fuel. A surcharge of HK$200, plus fuel cost will be imposed on hirer for refuelling by DCH Motor Leasing.
Vehicle pick-up and delivery services are available for rental period exceeding one week. Service charge for every single trip is HK$280.
Extension of rental period is permitted only by prior agreement.
To enjoy the offer, Cardholders must settle the transactions by Fubon Credit Card(s).
Any and all products, services and benefits offered under the offer are provided on a first-come-first-serve basis and are subject to availability of the relevant products, services and benefits.
Unless otherwise specified, the offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer and cannot be exchanged for cash or other goods, services or benefits and are not transferable.
Fubon Bank (Hong Kong) Limited (“the Bank”) is not the product supplier or service provider of the relevant merchant offers and the offer details and the relevant photos are provided by the relevant product suppliers or service providers, and the Bank shall not assume any liability whatsoever resulting from or in connection with, whether directly or indirectly, such products, services or benefits. Any claim, complaint, or dispute arising out of, or in connection with, the said products, services or benefits shall be resolved between Cardholders and the relevant product suppliers or service providers.
The Bank and the relevant merchants reserve the right to suspend, vary or cancel the offer and amend the relevant Terms and Conditions at any time without any prior notice. In case of any disputes, the decision of the Bank and the relevant merchants shall be final and conclusive.
In the event of any discrepancy between English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
