Terms and Conditions of Fubon Online Payment Service:

Fubon Online Payment Service (the “Service”) runs from now till 31 December 2024 (“Promotion Period”).
The Service is provided by Fubon Bank (Hong Kong) Limited (the "Bank"). Related set up fee and annual fee is a one-time deduction and non-refundable amount.
“Discounted Interest Rate” is the percentage of discount which determined and notified by the Bank from time to time from the relevant order transaction amount to be paid by the merchant under this Service.
Online Payment Platform is provided by the Service Provider, online transaction fee may be charged by the Service Provider. The Bank makes no representation or guarantee as to the quality and availability of the products, services, or information provided by the Service Provider. The Bank shall not be liable for any matters arising from or in connection with the products, services, or information provided by the merchant. For any complaint or claim regarding goods, services and offers, the merchant should contact the service provider directly.
The Bank reserves the right to suspend, vary or cancel the promotion offer and amend the relevant terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. In case of disputes, the decision of the Bank is final and conclusive.
