Q1. I have problems in viewing the Fubon Business Online Service website. What can I do?

You should check your modem settings or the connection to your Internet Service Provider (ISP) and also make sure the address to access our Fubon Business Online Service is https://www.fbo.fubonbank.com.hk, or access the Fubon Business Online Service website from Fubon Business Online website: http://www.fubonbank.com.hk (then click into "Fubon Business Online" Service).

Q2. Why is there no response after pressing the “Submit” button on the Login page?

Make sure the login page is loaded completely and then press the "Submit" button. You can see the word "Done" at the left bottom corner of the browser if the whole page is downloaded. Also, make sure the "JavaScript" is enabled. (Please refer to the browser setting section about "Java" and "JavaScript").

You should go back to the Fubon Business Online Service afterwards and click on the "Fund Transfer Transaction Enquiry" to check the status of your previous transaction.
