| 1. | Fubon Mortgage Plan for Government Home Ownership Scheme (the “Plan”) is only applicable to loan amount which is HK$500,000 or above (For loan amount below HK$500,000, Fubon Bank (the “Bank”) will consider the application on a case-by-case basis). Actual loan terms will be specified in the documents to be signed by the customers. |

The Bank may at its absolute discretion approve or reject any application for credit facilities and mortgage and may decline any application without assigning any reason.

The Bank reserves the right to suspend, vary or cancel the mortgage plans / privileges and amend the relevant terms and conditions at its sole discretion at any time without prior notice. In case of disputes, the decision of the Bank is final and conclusive.
