You can use Internet Explorer 8 or higher to access to Fubon Business Online Service. If you need to upgrade your browser, please go to the Mircosoft Internet home page for upgrade.

You must enable the "Java", "JavaScript", "Cookies" and SSL in your browser and add the Fubon Business Online Service: http://www.fbo.fubonbank.com.hk into "Trusted Sites".

Enable "Java" and "JavaScript" for Internet Explorer 8 or higher users:

1. Select "Internet Options" under the "Tools" menu
2. Select "Security" tab
3. Click on “Custom Level”
4. Under "Active scripting" and "Script of Java applets", click "Enable" check box to enable "Java applets" and "JavaScript"
5. Click on "Medium"
6. Click on "OK"

Enable "Cookies" for Internet Explorer 8 or higher users:

1. Select "Internet Options" under the "Tools" menu
2. Click on the "Security" tab
3. Click on "Custom Level"
4. Choose "Enable" under Cookies
5. Click on "OK"

Enable TLS for Internet Explorer 8 or higher users:

1. Select "Internet Options" under "Tools" menu
2. Click on the "Advanced" tab
3. Choose "Security" and enable TLS 1.0
4. Click on "OK"

Add the Fubon Business Online Service into Trusted Sites for Internet Explorer 8 or higher users:

1. Select "Internet Options" under the "Tools" menu
2. Click on the "Security" tab
3. Click on "Sites"
4. Add "http://www.fbo.fubonbank.com.hk" to the zone
5. Click on "Add"
6. Click on "OK"

For Internet Explorer 8 or higher

1. Select "Internet Options" under the "Tools" menu
2. Click on the “Delete” button under "General" tab
3. Choose "Temporary Internet Files" and click “Delete” button
4. Click on "OK"

No encoding configuration is required for English application; and also Chinese application if you are using Chinese operating system and Chinese browser. For entering information, only English is available. You may try the following procedures if you have problems to view the screens in Chinese in the Fubon Business Online Service:

For Chinese application (Internet Explorer 8 or higher):

1. Select "Encoding" from the "View" menu
2. Select "Unicode (UTF-8)"
