H16 Medical Tower Promotion (“Promotion”) Terms and Conditions

The promotion period is from 1 March 2025 to 31 December 2025 (both dates inclusive) (“Promotion Period”).
The Promotion is only applicable to the principal and supplementary cardholders of Fubon Visa / Mastercard Credit Card issued by Fubon Bank (Hong Kong) Limited (“the Bank”) (“Eligible Credit Card”, such holders are “Eligible Customer(s)”).
Eligible Customer(s) can enjoy the following offers (collectively, the “Offers”) with the Eligible Credit Card at H16 Medical Tower (“Merchant”) during the entire Promotion Period:
1. 20% discount upon any spending of regular-priced products and services (“Offer 1”); and
2. Complimentary dental X-ray and dental consultation upon a single net transaction of HK$3,000 or above (“Offer 2”); or
3. Complimentary Nutritional Drip Service upon a single net transaction of HK$5,000 or above (“Offer 3”).
Offers are applicable to Eligible Customers of aged 18 or above only.
Offer 2 and Offer 3 cannot be used at the same time. Advance reservation is required for Offer 2 and Offer 3 and are subject to availability.
To enjoy the Offers, Eligible Customer(s) must settle the full payment with Eligible Credit Card within the Promotion Period (“Eligible Transactions”).

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong.
Should there be any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.

H16 Medical Tower Credit Card Application Promotion (“Promotion”) Terms and Conditions

The promotion period is from 1 March 2025 to 31 December 2025 (both dates inclusive) (“Promotion Period”).
The Promotion is only applicable to customers who have successfully applied for the principal card of Fubon Credit Card issued by Fubon Bank (Hong Kong) Limited (“the Bank”) (“Eligible Credit Card”, such holders are “Eligible Customer(s)”) and at the time of the application via Fubon GO Mobile Application or the Bank’s website (“Designated Platform”) by entering the Promotion Code “H16FBHK” (“Designated Promo Code”) in Promotion Code / Referral Code field during the Promotion Period.
Eligible Customer(s) can enjoy HK$200 cash rebate (“Reward”) upon any spending with the Eligible Credit Card at H16 Medical Tower (“Merchant”) within the first 1 month from the card issuance date.
Each Eligible Customer(s) can only receive the Reward once during the Promotion Period.
To enjoy the Reward, Eligible Customer(s) must settle the full payment with Eligible Credit Card within the Promotion Period (“Eligible Transactions”).
The Reward cannot be exchanged for cash, gift/cash vouchers, or other products/services.

Upon verification by the Bank based on its own records, the Reward awarded under this Promotion will be combined (including the principal card and supplementary card) and will be credited to the principal cardholder's Eligible Credit Card account according to the below schedule and then shown on the credit card statement. Only Eligible Transactions posted within the Promotion Period will be counted for this Promotion.

Eligible Customer(s) must keep the original sales or transaction slips for records. In case of any dispute, the Bank reserves the right to request the Eligible Customer(s) to provide the relevant original sales slips for verification.
The Eligible Credit Card account(s) maintained by Eligible Customer(s) should remain valid and in good standing when the relevant reward is credited.
The Bank has the right to debit the Reward from the Eligible Credit Card account(s) without prior notice if the Eligible Transactions have been refunded or cancelled after the Reward has been credited.
In case of any fraud or abuse of the Eligible Transactions, the Bank reserves the right to cancel the Eligible Customer’s eligibility to receive the Reward and his/her credit card, and to pursue any legal action as it deems necessary and appropriate.
For all records of services and applications in this Promotion, the Bank’s record shall prevail.
