General Terms and Conditions of the Merchant Offers:

The promotion period is from 3 February 2025 to 31 December 2025 (both dates inclusive)(“Promotion Period”).
Le Méridien Hong Kong, Cyberport Offer (“the Offer”) is only applicable to the principal cardholders and supplementary cardholders of Fubon Visa/Mastercard Credit Card issued by Fubon Bank (Hong Kong) Limited (the “Bank”) (“Eligible Credit Card”), such holders, (“Eligible Cardholder(s)”).
The Offer is subject to product and service availability, and on a first-come, first-served basis.
Eligible Cardholder must settle the full payment with Eligible Credit Card to enjoy the following Offers at Nam Fong Cantonese Restaurant, Umami Japanese Restaurant, Southside Bistro All-day Dining Restaurant and Latitude 22 Bar (“Participating Restaurants”) under Le Méridien Hong Kong, Cyberport (“Merchant”).

Blackout dates apply. Offers are not applicable on 1 January, 28 to 31 January, 14 February, 4 April, 18 to 21 April, 1 May, 5 May, 11 May, 31 May, 15 June, 1 July, 1 October, 5 to 7 October, 29 October, 20 to 21 December, 24 to 26 December, and 31 December 2025.
The Each Eligible Cardholder can only enjoy the Offer for one table on each occasion, with the number of diners being no more than 12. Splitting of the table and/or bill is not allowed for the purpose of enjoying the Offer.
The Offer is applicable to à la carte food menu for dine-in consumption, excluding all beverages and special menus.
10% service charge and charges for tea and condiments (if applicable) apply and are based on the original price.
The Offer cannot be exchanged for cash, gift/cash vouchers, or other products/services, nor be used in conjunction with other promotional offers and discount.
In case of any disputes, the decision of the Bank and Participating Restaurants shall be final. The Bank and Participating Restaurants reserve all rights to amend the stated Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
The Bank is not the product supplier or service provider of the relevant Merchant Offers and the offers details and the relevant photos are provided by the relevant product supplier or service provider. The Bank makes no representation or guarantee as to the quality and availability of the products, services or information provided by the product supplier or service provider, and shall not be liable for any matters arising from or in connection with the products, services or information provided by the product supplier or service provider. Any claim, complaint, or dispute arising out of, or in connection with, the said products, services or benefits shall be resolved between cardholders and the relevant product supplier or service provider.
The Bank and the relevant merchants reserve the right to suspend, vary or cancel the Offer and amend the relevant Terms and Conditions at any time without any prior notice. In case of any disputes, the decision of the Bank and the relevant merchants shall be final and conclusive.

Unless expressly provided to the contrary in these Terms and Conditions, a person who is not a party has no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance (Chapter 623 of the Laws of Hong Kong) to enforce or enjoy the benefit of any term of this agreement.
Should there be any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of the Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
