General Terms and Conditions of the Merchant Offers:

The promotion period is from 1 March 2025 to 31 December 2025 (both dates inclusive).
The Arts Optical/ Eye Pick Express exclusive offer (“the Offer”) is only applicable to the principal cardholders and supplementary cardholders of Fubon Credit Cards issued by Fubon Bank (Hong Kong) Limited (“the Bank”) (“Eligible Credit Card”), such holders (“Eligible Customers”).
The Offer is subject to product and service availability, and on a first-come, first-served basis.
To enjoy the Offer, Eligible Customers must settle the transactions by an Eligible Credit Card.
Eligible Customers are required to make an appointment at least 1 day in advance via WhatsApp +852 9262 6890 for examination and eyewear and lens selection service.
The Bank is not the product supplier or service provider of the relevant merchant offers and the offer details and the relevant photos are provided by the relevant product suppliers or service providers, and the Bank shall not assume any liability whatsoever resulting from or in connection with, whether directly or indirectly, such products, services or benefits. Any claim, complaint, or dispute arising out of, or in connection with, the said products, services or benefits shall be resolved between Cardholders and the relevant product suppliers or service providers.
The Bank and Arts Optical Company Limited / Eye Pick Express (“the Merchant”) reserve the right to suspend, vary or cancel the Offer and amend the relevant Terms and Conditions at any time without any prior notice. In case of any disputes, the decision of the Bank and the Merchant shall be final and conclusive.
The Offer can be used multiple times, but not in conjunction with other special offers provided by the Merchant, unless otherwise specified.
