• Enter [Customer No.], [User ID], [Password] to login.
• Rules for change of the first time login password: it is required compose 8-16 [alphanumeric], and must be at least one alphabet and one numeric with upper and lower cases.
• Download Fubon Business Online User Guide (English Version).

• Select [Account Overview] or [Deposit Overview] function, the system will automatically bring out all the queries account.

To further check the same account once, you must pull back [Please Select], then select back to the [Transaction History] again.

2. Edit [Payer Account] and [Transaction Type]

• Change FBO Login Password: [System Management→Security Control →My Details]
• Do not use your Customer Number as User Password
• User Password length should be 8-16 alphanumeric. Do not use consecutive number (eg: 123456) or same number (eg: 111111)
