Terms and Conditions of “Credit Card Exclusive Offer for Individual Bank Account Customers”

The promotion period for the “Credit Card Exclusive Offer for Individual Bank Account Customers ” (“Promotional Offer”) runs from 3 April 2025 to 30 June 2025, both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”).
This Promotional Offer is exclusive to customers who meet all of the following conditions ("Eligible Customer(s)"):
- Successfully apply for a principal Fubon Credit Card ("Eligible Credit Card") issued by Fubon Bank (Hong Kong) Limited (the “Bank") through Fubon GO mobile application during the Promotion Period and enter the Promotion Code "GETCARD150" ("Designated Promotion Code") in the promotion code / referral code field; and
- Have not held any principal Fubon Credit Card at the time of application and within the past 6 months prior to the application; and
- Hold an individual bank account with the Bank at the time of application.
Eligible Customers can enjoy a HK$150 cash rebate when they make 5 eligible retail transactions and/or cash advances (“Eligible Transactions”) using the principal and/or supplementary card within 60 calendar days after the issuance of the Eligible Credit Card. Other transactions including but not limited to tax payment, online bill payment, balance transfers, installment, administration fee, financial charges, annual fee, autopay transactions, Octopus AAVS reload transactions and casino and gambling transactions will not be counted as the spending requirement for this Promotional Offer. The Bank shall have the sole and absolute discretion to determine if a transaction qualifies as an Eligible Transaction. Only Eligible Transactions posted before the transaction cut-off date will be counted in this Promotional Offer. Any transactions that have been canceled or refunded before the cash rebate is credited will not be considered as valid Eligible Transactions for this Promotional Offer.

This Promotional Offer cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions, except the principal credit cards welcome offer.
Each Eligible Customer can use one promotion code / referral code only when submitting an Eligible Credit Card application on Fubon GO. It cannot be used in conjunction with other promotion code / referral code offers. Once the application is submitted, any change on the promotion code / referral code will not be accepted by the Bank.
The Designated Promotion Code has a limited usage quota and will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. Each customer can enjoy this Promotional Offer once only during the promotional period.
The Bank staffs, joint-named account customers, corporate account customers and individual customers who do not submit an Eligible Credit Card application through Fubon GO are not eligible for this Promotional Offer.
Eligible Customer shall keep all original sales slips of transactions. In case of any disputes, the Bank reserves the right to request Eligible Customer to provide the relevant original sales slip for verification purpose.
Transactions made with a supplementary card will be combined with those from the principal card, and will be combined and calculated within the principal card account.
The relevant cash rebate will be credited in the form of cash credit to the Eligible Credit Card on or before 30 November 2025 after Eligible Customers meet the spending requirements as verified and determined by the Bank, and will be shown on the customer’s credit card monthly statement. The rewards received are non-transferable. Eligible Customers are not allowed to choose to receive the rewards in any other form, and the Bank will not provide the rewards in any other manner.
Eligible Customers must hold a valid individual bank account with the Bank and a valid good standing of Eligible Credit Card account at the time the cash rebate is credited in order to receive the relevant cash rebate.
If any retail transaction(s) for which the welcome gift was awarded is/are later cancelled or reversed, or if the cardholder cancels the eligible credit card within 14 months after from the date of card issuance, the Bank reserves the right to debit a handling fee to recover the cost of the cash rebate or welcome rewards the cardholder has received against his/her account immediately without prior notice. Eligible Customers can notify the Bank on or before 31 December 2025 if they meet the spending requirements but do not receive the cash rebate.
All related dates of this Promotional Offer are based on Hong Kong Time.
For all records of services, applications, transactions in this Promotional Offer, the Bank’s record shall prevail.
These terms and conditions shall be read in conjunction with the Bank’s Global Terms and Conditions for Accounts and Services (“Global T&C”, which is available at Fubon Bank’s website www.fubonbank.com.hk). In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and the Global T&C, these terms and conditions shall prevail.

The Bank reserves the right to suspend, vary or terminate this Promotional Offer or amend the relevant terms and conditions at any time without prior notice to customers. In case of any dispute arising from the reward method, the eligibility of Eligible Customers, the activity details and all related matters of this Promotional Offer, the decision of the Bank shall be final and conclusive.
If there are any dishonest and/or fraudulent acts by the Eligible Customer in relation to this Promotional Offer, the Bank reserves the right to disqualify the Eligible Customer from this Promotional Offer. The Bank also reserves the right to deduct the cash rebate directly from the Eligible Customer’s account without prior notice, or take legal action as the Bank deems appropriate to recover any outstanding amounts.
Other than the Bank and Eligible Customers, no one shall have the right to enforce or enjoy the benefits of any of these Terms and Conditions under Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance (Cap 623, Laws of Hong Kong).
Should there be any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions, the English version shall prevail.
