General Terms and Conditions of the Merchant Offers:

The promotion period is from now until 31 December 2025 (both dates inclusive) (“Promotion Period”).
Promotion Offer at PYE (“Promotion Offer”) is applicable to the principal and supplementary cardholders of Fubon Visa / Mastercard Credit Card (“Eligible Credit Card”).
Cardholders are eligible to entitle a discount offer: (1) 15% discount with Fubon Visa Infinite Card; OR (2) 10% discount with Other Fubon Visa / Mastercard Credit Card per a single transaction at PYE stores during the entire Promotion Period.
Promotion Offer cannot be exchanged for cash, gift/cash vouchers, or other products/services, nor be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers.
All products and services are subject to availability and on a first-come-first-served basis while stocks last. For any queries related to the product, service or Promotion Offer, please contact the Merchant directly (pyeshirts.com/en/stores).
Fubon Bank is not the product supplier or service provider of the relevant Merchant Offer and the Promotion Offer details and the relevant photos are provided by the relevant product supplier or service provider. Unless expressly provided to the contrary in these terms and conditions, a person who is not a party has no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance (Chapter 623 of the Laws of Hong Kong) to enforce or enjoy the benefit of any term of this Agreement.
Any disputes arising out of and in connection with this Promotion Offer shall be governed by the laws of Hong Kong.
Should there be any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of the terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
