Offer 2: “Domeo” Points RewardDuring the Promotion Period, an Eligible Customer who completes a single Eligible Transaction² with an Eligible Credit Card at CLP’s online store or the Designated CLP Physical Stores — and who is a CLP residential electricity customer with a linked “Domeo” account and completes the order using a valid “Domeo” membership account — may earn a “Domeo” Points Reward based on the single transaction amount:

The transaction amount is calculated based on the actual payment amount of a single transaction. Multiple transactions cannot be aggregated to qualify for the reward; Each Eligible Transaction is entitled to only one corresponding tier of “Domeo” Points Reward as set out above, on one occasion only; During the Promotion Period, the points rewards are subject to quota limitation and will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis according to the chronological order in which Eligible Transactions are confirmed by CLP, while quota lasts. Remarks:

1. “Net Sale Price” means the sale price of the Eligible Product as published by CLP at the time of completion of the Eligible Transaction, after deducting any other applicable CLP discounts (if any), but excluding any delivery charges, installation fees and any other ancillary charges.
2. An Eligible Transaction refers to a retail purchase of electrical appliances made with an Eligible Credit Card at CLP’s online store or the Designated CLP Physical Stores during the Promotion Period, which has been posted to the Eligible Credit Card account, with each transaction meeting the amount requirement of the corresponding tier.
3. Offer 1 and Offer 2 may be enjoyed concurrently, provided that Eligible Customers separately fulfil the eligibility requirements set out for each offer.
4. This Promotional Offer is only applicable to transactions paid directly by charging to a Fubon Credit Card. Any transactions made through mobile payment, e-wallets, third-party payment platforms or other indirect payment methods — even if linked to a Fubon Credit Card — do not qualify for this Promotional Offer.

Terms and Conditions of the "Domeo x Fubon Credit Card Power Save Plus Rewards" Promotion

1. The "Domeo x Fubon Credit Card Power Save Plus Rewards" Promotion ("Promotional Offer") is launched by Fubon Bank (Hong Kong) Limited ("the Bank"). The promotion period is from 27 July 2026 to 31 December 2026, both dates inclusive ("Promotion Period").
2. This Promotional Offer is only applicable to principal cardholders and supplementary cardholders ("Eligible Customer(s)") of Fubon Visa/Mastercard Credit Cards issued by the Bank in Hong Kong (excluding corporate cards, debit cards and any reward cards) ("Eligible Credit Card").
3. "Eligible Transaction" refers to a retail purchase transaction of electrical appliances made by an Eligible Customer with an Eligible Credit Card at the online store or Designated CLP Physical Stores of CLP Power Hong Kong Limited ("CLP") during the Promotion Period, which has been posted to the Eligible Credit Card account.
   "Designated CLP Physical Stores" means the following four CLP physical stores:
   
   • CLP Store – Kwun Tong: Shop 30-32, G/F, Yue Man Centre, 300-302 Ngau Tau Kok Road, Kwun Tong;
   • CLP Store – Tai Po: G/F, Central Plaza, 51-59 Kwong Fuk Road, Tai Po;
   • CLP Store – Sham Shui Po: G/F, 132 Pei Ho Street, Sham Shui Po; and
   • CLP Store – Mong Kok: 188 Sai Yeung Choi Street South, Mongkok.
   
   The list of Designated CLP Physical Stores is subject to change or supplementation by CLP without prior notice from the Bank.
4. This Promotional Offer consists of two parts, namely "Offer 1" and "Offer 2". Eligible Customers must fulfil the relevant requirements set out in these terms and conditions in order to enjoy the relevant offers. Details are as follows:

Offer 1: 5% Discount on "Grade 1 Energy Label" Electrical Appliances ("Offer 1")

5. Details and Eligibility Requirements of Offer 1

   5.1	Eligible Customers must fulfil all of the following eligibility requirements in order to enjoy the discount offer under Offer 1: the Eligible Customer must purchase, with an Eligible Credit Card, designated "Grade 1 Energy Label" electrical appliance products ("Eligible Products") at the Designated CLP Physical Stores during the Promotion Period; and the Eligible Customer must present his/her Eligible Credit Card before payment and make direct payment by charging the transaction to such card.
   5.2	Details of Offer 1: Eligible Products Discount Offer “Grade 1 Energy Label” electrical appliances designated by CLP 5% discount on the Net Sale Price* of the Eligible Products *In these terms and conditions, "Net Sale Price" means the sale price of the Eligible Product as published by CLP at the time of completion of the Eligible Transaction, after deducting any other applicable CLP discounts (if any), but excluding any delivery charges, installation fees and any other ancillary charges.
   5.3	Offer 1 cannot be used together with any other promotional offer, other than Offer 2, nor be exchanged for cash, and is not applicable to flash sale products or display items. Once a transaction has been completed, the customer may not retrospectively enjoy Offer 1. Neither the Bank nor CLP shall be liable for any failure of the customer to make direct payment by charging the transaction to the Eligible Credit Card, and no replacement, refund or compensation will be made in respect thereof.
   5.4	Offer 1 is not subject to any quota limitation during the Promotion Period, and there is no cap on the number of times each Eligible Customer may enjoy Offer 1. Eligible Customers are entitled to enjoy the discount offer under Offer 1 for each Eligible Transaction that satisfies the eligibility requirements set out in these terms and conditions. For the avoidance of doubt, Offer 1 applies only to in-store transactions at the Designated CLP Physical Stores and does not apply to any transaction conducted through CLP’s online store.
   5.5	The discount amount under Offer 1 will be deducted by CLP immediately upon payment by the Eligible Customer. However, if the customer is unable to enjoy the discount on the spot due to the CLP system, POS system at the Designated CLP Physical Stores or any other reasons beyond the Bank's control, the Bank shall not be liable for the same. The list of Eligible Products under Offer 1, their availability, prices and other related details shall be based on the information published by CLP at the time of payment for the Eligible Transaction.

Offer 2: "Domeo" Points Reward ("Offer 2")

6. Details and Eligibility Requirements of Offer 2

   6.1	Eligible Customers must fulfil all of the following eligibility requirements in order to enjoy the "Domeo" Points Reward under Offer 2:： the Eligible Customer must complete a single Eligible Transaction with an Eligible Credit Card at the online store of CLP or the Designated CLP Physical Stores of during the Promotion Period; and the Eligible Customer must be a CLP residential electricity customer and have linked his/her "Domeo" account; and the Eligible Customer must use a valid "Domeo" membership account to complete the order at the time of the relevant Eligible Transaction; and the relevant CLP electricity account and "Domeo" membership account must remain valid and in normal operation on the date of points distribution.
   6.2	Details of Offer 2: Single Eligible Transaction Amount “Domeo” Points Reward HK$1,000 or above 1,000 “Domeo” Points HK$3,000 or above 4,000 “Domeo” Points
   6.3	The transaction amount of an Eligible Transaction shall be calculated based on the actual payment amount of a single transaction. Multiple transactions cannot be aggregated for the purpose of qualifying for the reward. Each Eligible Transaction shall be entitled to only one "Domeo" Points Reward. Where an Eligible Transaction satisfies more than one transaction amount threshold under Clause 6.2, only the "Domeo" Points Reward applicable to the highest transaction amount threshold satisfied will be awarded. For example, an Eligible Transaction of HK$3,000 or above shall entitle the Eligible Customer to 4,000 "Domeo" Points only, and the Eligible Customer will not be entitled to any additional or lower-tier "Domeo" Points Reward in respect of the same Eligible Transaction.
   6.4	During the Promotion Period, the points rewards are subject to quota limitation and will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis according to the chronological order in which Eligible Transactions are confirmed by CLP, while quota lasts, and CLP's records shall be final. If the points rewards quota has been fully distributed, Eligible Customers will not be entitled to the points rewards under Offer 2 even if they have fulfilled the other eligibility requirements of this Promotional Offer. Neither the Bank nor CLP shall be liable for any failure of the Eligible Customer to receive the relevant points rewards or for the exhaustion of the points rewards quota.
   6.5	The "Domeo" Points Reward under Offer 2 will be distributed by CLP and credited to the Eligible Customer's "Domeo" membership account within 10 weeks from the date on which the relevant transaction is posted. If the Eligible Customer terminates his/her CLP electricity account or "Domeo" account before the points reward is credited, no "Domeo" Points will be distributed. If any delay arises due to the CLP system, the status of the customer's "Domeo" membership account or any other reasons beyond the Bank's control, the Bank shall not be liable for the same. The distribution date, enquiries, usage, redemption, validity period and other arrangements shall be determined solely by CLP and are subject to the "Domeo Terms and Conditions" (clpdomeo.com/en/terms-conditions).
   6.6	If an Eligible Transaction is subsequently cancelled, refunded, disputed or determined to be ineligible, the Bank and CLP reserve the right to claw back the rewards distributed (including but not limited to deducting the "Domeo" Points already credited).

General Terms

7. Offer 1 and Offer 2 may be enjoyed concurrently, provided that Eligible Customers separately fulfil the eligibility requirements set out for each offer.
8. Save as otherwise specified in these terms and conditions or separately announced by CLP, this Promotional Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers, promotion codes, discounts or privileges, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other gifts, nor transferred to any other person.
9. A credit card transaction must appear in the Eligible Credit Card account in the status of formally posted before it qualifies as an Eligible Transaction. Any cancelled, reversed, disputed, refunded transactions, or any transactions found upon investigation to involve abuse or fraud, shall not be counted as Eligible Transactions, and the Bank and CLP reserve the right to claw back the discounted amount received by and the “Domeo” Points distributed to the Eligible Customer.
10. This Promotional Offer is only applicable to transactions paid directly by way of charging to a physical Fubon Credit Card. Any transactions conducted through mobile payment, e-wallets, third-party payment platforms or any other indirect payment methods, even if the relevant payment method has been linked to a Fubon Credit Card, shall not be regarded as Eligible Transactions under this Promotional Offer and shall not qualify for any of the offers under this Promotional Offer. The Bank and CLP reserve the right of final decision as to whether a transaction qualifies.
11. The Bank is not the supplier of the products listed under "Domeo" and the services and points rewards. Accordingly, the Bank shall not be liable for any products or services, or for their quality, suitability, availability, specifications, safety or legality, nor shall the Bank make any express or implied representations or warranties in respect thereof. Any enquiries, disputes or complaints concerning the "Domeo" membership account, the issuance, use or redemption of points, or the products and services of CLP shall be directed by the customer to, and resolved directly with, CLP or the product supplier.
12. All services and records relating to this Promotional Offer shall be based on the records of the Bank and CLP. The Bank reserves the right of final decision as to whether a participant in this Promotional Offer qualifies as an Eligible Customer.
13. The Bank and CLP reserve the right to suspend, vary or terminate this Promotional Offer and to amend the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. In the event of any dispute concerning the eligibility of Eligible Customers, the details of the promotion or any matters in connection with this Promotional Offer, the Bank reserves the right of final decision.
14. The Bank shall not be liable for any failure of payment of any transaction due to personal reasons, network problems or any other unforeseen reasons, and no rewards will be distributed, nor any compensation made, in any form or for any reason in such circumstances.
15. Save for the Bank, CLP and the Eligible Customers, no person shall have any right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance (Cap. 623 of the Laws of Hong Kong) to enforce any of these terms and conditions or to enjoy any benefit under any of them.
16. These terms and conditions shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. All disputes arising out of or in connection with this Promotional Offer shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
17. In the event of any discrepancy between the Chinese and English versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
