4.1	The Offers are subject to the availability of the relevant products and services as determined by the Merchant and may only apply to selected services at designated shops. Advance reservation is required. Please contact the Merchant about this offer when making your reservation for confirmation.
4.2	Each First-time Patronage is limited to one redemption per Eligible Cardholder, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers, discounts, vouchers or privileges, unless otherwise stated.
4.3	Eligibility for “First-time Patronage” shall be determined based on records maintained in the Merchant’s system. Please contact the Merchant for details regarding eligibility determination.
4.4	The Offers cannot be exchanged for cash, gift/cash vouchers, or other products/services.
4.5	All services are strictly limited to consumption on the designated reservation date. Cancellation, change or refund of the products or services purchased by the Eligible cardholders is restricted by the Merchant’s policy. 5.3	PRIVATE i GARDEN Kids Salon The Offer is only available at designated salons and stylists. Please contact the Merchant for details.

The Bank is not the product supplier or service provider of the relevant Offer and the offer details and the relevant photos are provided by the relevant product supplier or service provider. These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
Should there be any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of the terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
