Terms and Conditions

Terms & Conditions of Fubon Credit Card Merchant Referral Program：

The promotion period of Fubon Credit Card Merchant Referral Program (“Referral Program”) is from now till 31 December 2024 (both dates inclusive) (“Promotion Period”).
Referral Product (“Referral Product”) includes Fubon Bank (Hong Kong) Limited (“The Bank”) - Fubon Credit Card Merchant Account, Fubon magi©money manager HKD Interest-bearing Current Account and Fubon Merchant Receivables Financing.
The Referrer (“Referrer”) must be an existing customer and its staff of the Bank, and those referrals are applicable in the name of a company or an individual and cannot refer themselves to become new Customer.

Referrer who successfully refers new Customer (“Referee”) to open designated account(s) and / or drawdown the loan via Fubon Merchant Receivables Financing during the Promotion Period can enjoy the following referral reward (“Cash Reward”):

The Referee must not maintain any banking account or service with the Bank in the past 12 months from the date of the designated account(s) opening and / or loan drawdown via Fubon Merchant Receivables Financing. Each Referee can only be referred once.
The application for this Referral Program will be divided into two phases based on the actual opening of the designated account and/or the date of drawdown the loan via Fubon Merchant Receivables Financing as follows:
Phase 1: from 1 January 2024 to 30 June 2024;
Phase 2: from 1 July 2024 to 31 December 2024.
Cash Reward will be distributed in two phases, which credited to Referrer’s Fubon designated account on or before 31 August 2024 and 28 February 2025 for Phase 1 and Phase 2 respectively, the account name must be same as Referrer and the account status must remain valid and normal at the time when the corresponding Cash Reward is credited. If the Referrer does not hold a valid account with the Bank, he or she have to open designated account on or before 31 July 2024 and 31 January 2025 for Phase 1 & Phase 2 respectively in order to entitle the Cash Reward. Otherwise, the Cash Reward will be forfeited and will not be provided to the Referrer through any other means.
The Bank reserves the right to contact the Referrer or Referee to follow or verify related information and such information is only used for this Referral Program.
Employees of the Bank shall not participate in the Program.
Customer is also bound by relevant terms and conditions for the banking products and services under the Program. Please refer to the relevant promotional materials or the Bank’s website or contact our staff for details.
The Bank reserves the right to the decision of final approval of all applications, and to suspend, vary or terminate the above offer or amend the relevant terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. In case of any dispute, the decision of the Bank shall be final and conclusive.
