Product Manager, Transaction Banking Group

  • To envision and execute product strategies in line with market trends and business needs
  • To regularly review and fine-tune product guidelines and ensure all are comply with regulatory requirements.
  • To manage and plan product/deal proposal and ensure it is secure, cost-effective, and marketable
  • To work with business teams to identify opportunities, promote & cross sell products and achieve sales objectives
  • To innovate or enhance products to drive P&L forward, increase product value and customer satisfaction
  • To provide product knowledge & professional advice to clients and business/sales teams, including conduct training and sharing sessions, provide advice on facility structure, arrange product campaigns etc.
  • To work with stakeholders on system enhancements and UAT testing in relation to transaction banking product features, if any
  • To keep abreast of regulatory changes and internal requirements (compliance/risk) and assess the implications on the products


  • University degree holder in Business Administration, Finance, International Trade or related disciplines
  • Have a strong background in product management, with minimum 5 years’ working experience in launching and managing products for Institutional, Corporate and Commercial clients
  • Able to analyze market data and customer feedback to formularize product decisions
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to work under pressure and determined to meet tight deadlines
  • Excellent product knowledges, report writing and presentation skills
  • Good PC skills in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint (English and Chinese version)
  • Well versed in written and spoken English. Fluency in Putonghua is an advantage
