Financial Planning Manager, Offshore Banking

• Strictly adhere Bank Culture and promote the Bank's corporate & community image
• Promote a wide range of financial services with focus on long term insurance products.
• Achieve financial goal through selling of life insurance products
• Provide sales support in life insurance and conduct coaching to sales staff in sales channel (either onshore or offshore)
• Implement "one-stop financial solution" to target customers
• Plan, implement and monitor promotion programs and seminars
• Comply with the internal guidelines and external regulatory requirements
• Provide quality service to customers

• University graduate or above
• 3-5 years' relevant experience
• Strong self-motivation with outgoing personality and ability to work independently
• Pass in IIQE and fulfillment of the competency requirements to carry out relevant regulated activities (Types 1 & 4) as defined under the SFO
• ARWP or CRWP is preferred
• In-depth knowledge in insurance
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese. Fluent in Mandarin is preferred
• Good team player
