Branch Manager, Retail Channel ManagementResponsibilities:
- Promote the Bank’s corporate & community image
- Attain the business goals of Retail Channel Management
- Institute the branch’s strategies and implement marketing programs and action plans in line with the overall objective of Retail Channel Management
- Mobilize and supervise all branch staff in cross-selling of bank products and develop multiple relations with our customers
- Enhance the Bank’s image through maintaining decent condition of the branch premises fixtures and equipment at all times
- Create an effective communication channel amongst all staff
- To ensure the branch daily operation meets the Bank’s requirements in internal control & compliance issues
- Supervise and ensure the selling activities within the branch are complied with internal guidelines & external regulatory requirements
- Upgrade the quality of all branch staff through effective training and coaching and boost their morale through motivation
Requirements:
- University graduate or above
- 6 years of above experience in financial industry with management function
- Strong leadership & people management skills
- Good communication skill is a must
- Substantial knowledge in branch management
- Fulfill Relevant Individual (RI) & Technical Representative (TR) requirement
- Holder of MBA, CFP, CFA is an advantage
- Good understanding of credit management
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin
- Good PC knowledge
