Branch Manager, Retail Channel Management
Responsibilities:
  • Promote the Bank’s corporate & community image
  • Attain the business goals of Retail Channel Management
  • Institute the branch’s strategies and implement marketing programs and action plans in line with the overall objective of Retail Channel Management
  • Mobilize and supervise all branch staff in cross-selling of bank products and develop multiple relations with our customers
  • Enhance the Bank’s image through maintaining decent condition of the branch premises fixtures and equipment at all times
  • Create an effective communication channel amongst all staff
  • To ensure the branch daily operation meets the Bank’s requirements in internal control & compliance issues
  • Supervise and ensure the selling activities within the branch are complied with internal guidelines & external regulatory requirements
  • Upgrade the quality of all branch staff through effective training and coaching and boost their morale through motivation


Requirements:
  • University graduate or above
  • 6 years of above experience in financial industry with management function
  • Strong leadership & people management skills
  • Good communication skill is a must
  • Substantial knowledge in branch management
  • Fulfill Relevant Individual (RI) & Technical Representative (TR) requirement
  • Holder of MBA, CFP, CFA is an advantage
  • Good understanding of credit management
  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin
  • Good PC knowledge
