Senior Manager, Credit Risk Management, Fubon Credit

• Be a champion in establishing and supporting an effective credit risk management framework for an Authorized Institution
• Lead the risk analytics and credit policy function to support the business growth in a risk-reward approach
• Manage and oversee the developments, validation and maintenance of risk models including application scorecards and behavioral scorecards
• Compile various risk MIS report for portfolio management and risk limit monitoring
• Conduct company-wide stress testing programs
• Work with business unit in developing new products and fine-tuning the process
• Participate in loan/credit system project development, credit rule setting, user acceptance test and subsequent post implementation validation
