Perform reception duties including handle general hotline and greeting of customer
Provide excellent customer service; follow-up on customer enquiries from various channels
Provide administration support, e.g. personal loans processing, data input, application and document submission, customer information maintenance, UAT etc.
Participate in other operations duties and ad-hoc projects as assigned
Requirements:
Post-secondary or above
2 years or above relevant experience with at least 1 year customer service experience in banking or financial institution
Pleasant telephone manner, strong interpersonal skills and service oriented
Understand relevant policies and procedures of the Bank as well as regulatory requirements
Able to communicate in English and Cantonese
Communication in Mandarin preferable
PC knowledge in Microsoft, Access preferable
Must be responsible, well-organized and attention to details
Good team player with strong commitment in delivering quality customer service
