Receptionist, Customer Services, Fubon Credit (Hong Kong) Limited

  • Perform reception duties including handle general hotline and greeting of customer
  • Provide excellent customer service; follow-up on customer enquiries from various channels
  • Provide administration support, e.g. personal loans processing, data input, application and document submission, customer information maintenance, UAT etc.
  • Participate in other operations duties and ad-hoc projects as assigned


  • Post-secondary or above
  • 2 years or above relevant experience with at least 1 year customer service experience in banking or financial institution
  • Pleasant telephone manner, strong interpersonal skills and service oriented
  • Understand relevant policies and procedures of the Bank as well as regulatory requirements
  • Able to communicate in English and Cantonese
  • Communication in Mandarin preferable
  • PC knowledge in Microsoft, Access preferable
  • Must be responsible, well-organized and attention to details
  • Good team player with strong commitment in delivering quality customer service
  • Good PC knowledge
  • Good English & Chinese typing
