Telemarketing Executive, Fubon Credit
Telemarketing Executive, Fubon Credit Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound telemarketing activities to cross-sell Credit Card or Personal Loan products to customer to achieve business goals and objectives
- Handle inbound unsecured lending applications and related enquiries
- Answer customers’ enquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate information to potential and existing customers
- Follow through with related departments to ensure delivery of service commitment to customers
- Process all customers’ phone instructions strictly in adherence to Bank policies and procedures
Requirements:
- F.5 or above
- 1-year experience preferable but not essential
- Strong commitment in delivering quality customer service
- Good command of Mandarin preferable
- Good team player with excellent communication & presentation skill
- Understand relevant policies and procedures of the Bank as well as regulatory requirements
- Good communication skills
