Vice President / Manager, Credit Analyst, Institutional Credit Department

• Perform credit assessment functions, including but not limited to:
  • review credit applications for corporate and institutional borrowers;
  • perform industry and financial analysis;
  • identify potential credit risks and suggest measures to mitigate the risks;
  • approve credit requests within delegated authority;
  • ensure the bank's credit policies and guidelines and regulatory requirements are strictly followed
• Conduct credit analysis and related due diligence on bond issuers
• Attend Credit Committee meetings to discuss credit applications
• Take part in post-approval credit monitoring
• Participate in credit risk related projects
• Work with Relationship Managers to perform due diligence, including site visits, and structure credit package

• University graduate in Finance, Accounting, Business or related disciplines with at least 5 years’ relevant experience
• Good communication & interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical mind and self-motivated
• Proficiency in English and Chinese
• Ability to work under time pressure
