Officer, Digital Business & Growth – Digital Banking
Responsibilities:

  • Assist Head of Digital Banking to formulate and execute effective marketing strategy to achieve growth objectives / targets
  • Key team member to implement campaign / promotion and oversee all aspects of marketing activities including search engine marketing, e-mail, social media marketing, display advertising, offline media, etc.
  • Compile regular reports and keep track the campaign performance and to drive digital growth (including adoption, usage, conversion / sales, etc.) of the respective products / services (including Online General Insurance, Open API, etc.) according to prioritization
  • Prepare post-implementation review and liaise with business stakeholders, third parties service providers, business partners, merchant partners, etc. to improve the performance and effectiveness
  • Closely work with different teams to brainstorm new and innovative strategies
  • Explore collaboration opportunities with Business Partners (e.g., Open API TSP, etc.) to initiate and execute campaigns
  • Collect Fintech / Innovation products / services utilization statistics, conduct appropriate analysis and compile management presentation decks and reports
  • Carry out special assignments as assigned by section head


Requirements:

  • University graduate or above
  • At least 1 years relevant working experience in Digital Marketing, preferably in Banking Industry but not a must
  • Strong expertise in digital initiatives with knowledge on tag management and digital performance monitoring and tracking in Web/App
  • Energetic, creative, flexible, strong analytical skills and attention to details
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and listening skills
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
