Terms and Conditions of the Fubon Term Life Protector Limited Time Discount:

The Promotion is offered by Fubon Life Insurance (Hong Kong) Company Limited (“Fubon Life Hong Kong”).
Fubon Life Hong Kong is the underwriter of “Fubon Term Life Protector”(“Plan”).
The promotional period is from 20 January 2025 to 30 June 2025, both days inclusive (“Promotional Period”).
The Promotion is applicable to all policyowners who submit their applications for Fubon Term Life Protector via the designated link to Fubon Life Hong Kong’s online platform with the Promotional Code “FBTLGN”, and with the required initial premium after discount paid in full within the Promotional Period and the Policies being approved and issued within 1 month after submission (“Eligible Policy(ies)”).
The 75% premium discount is applicable to the initial premium of the Eligible Policy with monthly premium mode while the 50% premium discount is applicable to the initial premium of the Eligible Policy with annual premium mode.
The applicable initial premium for calculating the premium discount under different premium modes are set out as below:
Premium Mode:
i) Monthly: Applicable initial premium (for calculating premium discount) - 3-month premium
ii) Annual: Applicable initial premium (for calculating premium discount) - 12-month premium
Maturity Benefit and Surrender Benefit will be calculated based on the premium before discount. Please refer to the relevant Product Factsheet for details.
The Promotion is only applicable to Eligible Customers with Hong Kong Identity documents and a Hong Kong residential address.
The premium discount is non-transferable and cannot be returned, exchanged for other items or redeemed for cash.
If the Policy is cancelled during the Cooling-off Period, Fubon Life Hong Kong will only refund the actual amount of premium paid by the Policyowner. For details of the Cooling-off Period, please refer to the relevant Product Factsheet.
Fubon Life Hong Kong reserves the right to change any terms and conditions or withhold the offer of the Promotion without prior notice.
Should there be any dispute over the Promotion, Fubon Life Hong Kong’s decision shall be final and conclusive.
If the complaint / dispute is related to the policy terms and conditions, it should be resolved directly between Fubon Life Hong Kong and you. Nevertheless, where practicable and appropriate, Fubon Bank (Hong Kong) Limited will provide reasonable assistance to customers in the dispute resolution process.

Online Exclusive Fubon Term Life Protector 9X Bonus Points Reward for Fubon Bank Credit Cardholders From 20 January 2025 to 30 June 2025, customers who successfully enroll in the “Fubon Term Life Protector” with the Promotional Code “FBTLGN” and settle the initial premium with a Fubon Bank credit card will be eligible to earn 9X credit card bonus points.

Terms and Conditions of the Online Exclusive Fubon Term Life Protector 9X Bonus Points Reward for Fubon Bank Credit Cardholders (“9X Bonus Points Promotion”):

The Promotion is offered by Fubon Bank (Hong Kong) Limited (“Fubon Bank (Hong Kong)”)
The promotional period is from 20 January 2025 to 30 June 2025, both days inclusive (“Promotional Period”).
No person other than the customer who enjoys the offer and Fubon Bank (Hong Kong) will have any right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance to enforce or enjoy the benefit of any of the provisions of these Terms and Conditions.
All matters and disputes related to the 9X Bonus Points Promotion will be subject to the final decision of Fubon Bank (Hong Kong) which reserves the right to amend relevant terms and conditions without prior notice.
The 9X Bonus Points Promotion is only applicable to all policyholders who access Fubon Life Hong Kong's online sales platform through the designated link to submit an application for each “Fubon Term Life Protector” during the Promotional Period with the Promotional Code “FBTLGN”, policyholders are required to pay the full amount of the required discounted initial premium within the Promotional Period, and policyholders are required to have their policies successfully approved within 1 month from the date of submission (the ‘Eligible Policies’) and pay the premiums by Fubon/YATA credit card (based on the completion date of transaction, issuance date of the approval code and the transaction must be posted by 7 days after the 9X Bonus Points Promotion Period).For every HK$1 card spending, the cardholder shall enjoy extra 8 bonus points from the 9X Bonus Points Promotion in addition to the 1 bonus point granted by the Fubon/YATA Credit Card Bonus Point Program. Other transactions including but not limited to renewal premium, cash advance, administration fee, installment plan and finance charges are not eligible for the 9X Bonus Points Promotion. No bonus point will be offered to any unposted, cancelled or refunded transactions.
The applicable initial premium for calculating the 9X Bonus Points Reward under different premium modes are set out as below:

i) Monthly: Applicable initial premium (for calculating 9X Bonus Points Reward) - 3-month premium
ii) Annual: Applicable initial premium (for calculating 9X Bonus Points Reward) - 12-month premium
Upon verification and confirmation by Fubon Bank on customers’ eligibility to the reward based on Fubon Bank’s own records, the extra bonus point(s) under the 9X Bonus Points Promotion will be automatically awarded to cardholder’s principal card account (must be valid and in normal status) in June 2025 and/or September 2025, and will be shown on cardholder’s principal card monthly statement. All transactions related to policy cancellations made during the cooling-off period will not be eligible for receiving bonus points.
