Administrator – Operations, Fubon Credit
Responsibilities:

  • Provide secretarial support and administrative support to general operations of Fubon Credit and General Manager on needed basis
  • Handle incoming calls, correspondence, internal memorandum, documents circulation and record retention
  • Liaise with internal and external parties on day to day operations
  • Monitor office discipline, operating/administrative expenses on stationery and office equipment maintenance
  • Petty cash management and mail collection
  • Maintain confidential information in respect of Fubon Credit’s operations, financial information and staff data etc


Requirements:

  • University graduate
  • At least 3 years experience in office administration or clerical work in banking
  • PC knowledge in Microsoft WORD and Excel preferable
  • Must be responsible, well-organized and attention to details
  • Familiar with relevant policies and procedures of financial institution as well as regulatory requirements
  • Good communication and people management skills
  • Able to communicate in English and Cantonese, preferably Putonghua as well
  • English & Chinese typing
