Assistant Manager / Manager, Merchant Acquiring, Consumer Finance Responsibilities:
- Achieve the assigned KP is on new merchants, fee income, sales volume, MRF loan and other business targets
- Recruit new merchant account and maintain existing merchant base
- Provide professional customer services and day-to-day operational support to merchants
- Establish and develop long term business relationship with merchants
- Actively cross-sell the Bank products and identify business opportunity
- Conduct various sales activities effectively according to program schedule
Requirements:
- University graduate or above
- 3 years or above relevant experience
- Understand relevant policies and procedures of the Bank as well as regulatory requirements
- Self-motivated, aggressive and with strong business sense
- Good communication skills
- Good presentation and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin
- PC knowledge
