General Terms and Conditions of Fubon Credit Card Bonus Point Program:

1. Unless otherwise specified, the validity period of Fubon Credit Card Bonus Point Program (the “Program”) is from 1 January 2025 to 31 December 2025, both dates inclusive (“Validity Period”). For rewards redemption, it is subject to the receipt of application by Fubon Bank (the “Bank”).
2. The Bonus Points Program is only applicable to Fubon Visa Infinite Card, Ambassador Banking Visa Platinum Card, Fubon Platinum Card, Titanium Card ("Credit Card") issued by the Bank. Applicable credit cards do not include corporate cards, debit cards, any reward cards and YATA credit cards.
3. Cardholders can earn bonus point (the “Point(s)”) for every HK$1 spending in a single transaction made by the Card (including principal and supplementary cards), details are as follows:

4. Non-Hong Kong dollar transaction rewards are only applicable to transactions settled in local currency rather than in Hong Kong dollar.
5. The Program is only applicable to retail purchases, other transactions, including but not limited to cash advances, administration fees, finance charges, annual fees; bill payments to the Inland Revenue Department, category of Insurance or Pension Services and chips transactions are not applicable (“Eligible Transaction”). All Programs (except the basic 1X Point) are not applicable to online bill payment via Fubon Internet Banking Service, retail purchases with installment plans and other specified transactions.
6. Calculation of the Point will be based on the issuance date of the approval code of the Eligible Transaction, and the Point will be credited to the cardholder's principal card account on the posting date (please refer to the relevant terms and conditions for details of extra Points under “Fubon Credit Card Upgrade Reward Program” and “Overseas Transaction Extra Bonus Point Program”). No Point will be offered to any unposted, cancelled or refunded transactions. Cardholders will be entitled to one of the above-mentioned Programs once for each Eligible Transaction.
7. The Points and gifts from different Card accounts under the same cardholder will be accumulated and redeemed separately. The Points accumulated will be valid for up to one year (calculated by Membership year). Due date of the Points will be shown on the cardholder’s principal card monthly statement. Voided or expired Points will be automatically purged and cannot be extended or redeemed. Purged Points will not be shown on the monthly statement.
8. To be entitled to the relevant Points and for redemption of the Points, all Card accounts at the Bank under the same cardholder shall be valid and in normal status.
9. If a transaction for earning Point(s) is cancelled or refunded after it is posted, the Bank will reverse the relevant Point(s) from the Card account. If the Point(s) have already been redeemed and cannot be reversed, the Bank reserves the right to debit an equivalent amount in accordance with the ratio of 1 Point = HK$0.004 from the Card account without prior notice. All accumulated Points will be forfeited immediately from the date of Card account termination (regardless of any reason).
10. The maximum Points to be earned by Fubon Visa Infinite Card cardholders on each monthly statement will be triple of their Cards' credit limit (except the extra Points under “Fubon Credit Card Upgrade Reward Program” and “Overseas Transaction Extra Bonus Point Program”).
11. Customers who register via Fubon Internet Banking Service or Fubon Bank Integrated Customer Service Hotline at 2566 8181 can redeem the Rewards free of charge. If it is made via mail-in or fax-in, HK$10 administrative fee per application will be charged. The required Points or administrative fee (if applicable) of rewards redemption will be deducted from the cardholder’s Card account and the related transaction will be shown in the coming cardholder’s card monthly statement.
12. Multiple rewards redemption is allowed. All rewards items are limited in quantity and will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis. If there is insufficient stock, the Bank reserves the right to substitute the ordered rewards with another one without prior notice. No cancellation or alteration is allowed once the application is submitted.
13. In the event that the Card account does not have sufficient Points for rewards redemption, the relevant redemption shall be cancelled automatically without prior notice.
14. For cash coupon redemption, a redemption letter or the relevant cash coupon(s) (if applicable) will be mailed to the cardholder's card monthly statement address within 4 to 6 weeks (cardholder will be notified of the redemption details upon phone registration); while for cash credit redemption, it will be credited to cardholder’s principal card account directly and will offset the statement balance in the next monthly statement.
15. The use of cash coupons is subject to the terms and conditions on the redemption letter or cash coupons. The Bank is not the product supplier or service provider of the relevant merchant offers and the offers details and the relevant photos are provided by the relevant product supplier or service provider. The Bank makes no representation or guarantee as to the quality and availability of the products, services or information provided by the product supplier or service provider, and shall not be liable for any matters arising from or in connection with the products, services or information provided by the product supplier or service provider. Any claim, complaint, or dispute arising out of, or in connection with, the said products, services or benefits shall be resolved between cardholders and the relevant product supplier or service provider.
16. The operation of Points enquiry and/or redemption in credit card account is only applicable to principal cardholder.
17. The acceptance or rejection of the application of rewards redemption shall be at the discretion of the Bank. The Bank reserves the right to suspend, vary or cancel the above Program and amend the relevant terms and conditions (including but not limited to the rewards items and the required Points) at any time without prior notice. In case of any dispute, the decision of the Bank shall be final and conclusive.
18. The use of the Card (including principal and supplementary cards) shall also be governed by the terms and conditions of “Fubon Bank VISA/MasterCard Cardholder Agreement”.

Terms and Conditions of “Fubon Credit Card Upgrade Reward Program”:

19. Unless otherwise specified, the promotion period of Fubon Credit Card Bonus Points Upgrade Program ("Bonus Points Upgrade Program") is from 1 January 2025 to 31 December 2025, both dates inclusive ("Validity Period").
20. The Bonus Points Upgrade Program is only applicable to Fubon Visa Infinite Card, Ambassador Banking Visa Platinum Card, Fubon Platinum Card and Titanium Card issued by the Bank ("Eligible Credit Cards"). Eligible Credit Cards do not include Business Cards, Debit Cards, any Reward Cards and YATA Credit Cards.
21. Customers who make local online merchant transactions ("Eligible Transactions") with the Eligible Credit Card within the validity period of the Eligible Credit Card will be entitled to an extra 8X Bonus Points for each valid transaction. Details are as follows:

22. Eligible transactions refer to transactions made online with official transaction records and official payment records, which will be determined by the merchant codes/transaction types as defined by VISA International or a merchant's acquiring bank, regardless of the transaction country but must be in a currency of Hong Kong dollar. If the transaction in Hong Kong dollar is made with any merchant that is not registered in Hong Kong, surcharge on cross-border transactions will be applied in accordance with “Fubon Credit Card List of Service Charges”. Regarding the country of registration of individual merchants, please make enquiry to the merchant, the Bank is not directly or indirectly responsible or liable for the related information.
23. This program is not applicable to all retail purchases with installment plans and transactions made via mobile wallets. Other transactions including but not limited to cash advances, administration fees and finance charges are also not applicable. No Point will be offered to any unposted, cancelled or refunded transactions.
24. Supplementary card’s Valid Transactions will be combined with principal card in calculation.
25. To be entitled to extra 8X Points, cardholder is required to successfully perform registration using the principal card of Eligible Card via the automated voice response system of Fubon Bank Integrated Customer Service Hotline at 2566 8181 (press 1 > 7 > 2 after language selection). Separate registration is required if the cardholder has more than one principal card of Eligible Cards.
26. The extra Points entitled to the corresponding card account under this program will be started from the month of registration made, and will be credited to the account of the principal cardholder according to the below schedule:

Terms and Conditions of “Overseas Transaction Extra Bonus Point Program”:

28. Unless otherwise specified, the promotion period of the Overseas Bonus Points Scheme ("Overseas Bonus Points Program") is from 1 January 2025 to 31 December 2025, both dates inclusive (the "Validity Period").
29. The Overseas Spending Bonus Points Program is only applicable to Fubon Visa Infinite Card, Ambassador Banking Visa Platinum Card, Fubon Platinum Card and Titanium Card issued by the Bank ("Eligible Credit Cards"). Eligible Credit Cards do not include Business Cards, Debit Cards, any Reward Cards and YATA Credit Cards
30. Customers who make designated overseas transactions ("Designated Overseas Transactions") with their Eligible Credit Card (including Principal Card and Supplementary Card) within the validity period will be entitled to extra credit card bonus points ("Points"), which will be counted on each valid transaction. Details are as follows:

31. Designated overseas transactions refer to transactions settled in New Taiwan Dollar/ Yen/ Won , and are not applicable to foreign currency transactions settled in Hong Kong dollars.
32. The Program is not applicable to spending at instalment merchants, and other transactions including but not limited to cash advance, handling fee and finance charge are not applicable. All unposted, cancelled or refunded transactions are not eligible for points.
33. The bonus points awarded by the customer under the Program will be combined (including the principal card and supplementary card), with a maximum of 120,000 bonus points per month and a maximum of 480,000 bonus points for the entire validity period between 1 January 2025 to 31 December 2025 of Fubon Visa Infinite Card, and 80,000 bonus points per month and 240,000 extra points for the entire validity period between 1 January 2025 to 31 December 2025 of Fubon Platinum/Titanium Card. The bonus points will be credited to the principal cardholder's credit card account within 2 months after the completion of the relevant transaction.
34. Customers are also subject to the General Terms and Conditions of the Fubon Credit Card Bonus Points Program.

Terms and Conditions of Bonus Point Conversion to Asia Miles:

1. Unless otherwise specified, the validity period of Bonus Point Conversion to Asia Miles (the “Conversion Program”) is valid until 31 December 2025 (subject to the receipt for redemption application by the Bank).
2. The Conversion Program is only applicable to the Fubon Visa Infinite Card, Ambassador Banking Visa Platinum Card, Fubon Platinum, or Titanium Card, excluding the YATA Platinum Card or Titanium Card.
3. To be entitled to convert his/her Points into Asia Miles (“Mile(s)”), the cardholder shall be a Cathay member.

   Multiples of Miles Conversion	Conversion must be made in multiples of 500 miles, converted amount must be equal to or greater than 1000 miles. If the conversion is not made in multiple of 500 Miles, it will be rounded down to the nearest multiples of 500 Miles by the Bank without prior notice.
   Handling fee	HK$50 will be charged for every 5,000 miles conversion, handling fee will be rounded up to the nearest multiple of 5,000 miles
   Minimum Handling Fee	HK$250
   Maximum Handling Fee	HK$500

4. Cardholders can only convert Points into Miles via mail-in or fax-in. Administrative fee for the Program rewards redemption will not be applied.
5. The required Points will be converted to Miles and the handling fee will be deducted from the cardholder's principal card account, and the related transaction will be shown on the cardholder's monthly statement.
6. Converted Miles will be credited to the designated Cathay member's account under the name of the principal cardholder within 4 to 6 weeks.
7. The Bank will not be responsible for any awards redemption provided by Cathay.
8. All questions and/or disputes regarding the cardholder's eligibility to convert Points to Miles under the Conversion Program will be decided by the Bank and Cathay at their sole discretion.
9. Terms and Conditions of the Fubon Credit Card Bonus Point Program and Cathay Membership Programme apply.
