Vice President / First Vice President, Credit Projects, Risk Management and Data Analytics

• Participate in Credit Risk related projects including data management and Credit Workflow projects
• Assist the bank in building data system infrastructure, data warehouse design and analysis, system development and implementation
• Work closely with users, vendors and cross-functional units, including IT, Operations, Business, Finance and other risk management units in system requirement analysis, design, development, implementation and testing of banking projects
• Strong Data Visualization: Design and develop interactive visualizations that effectively handle complex data in a clear and concise manner
• Independent in problem solving: Perform system health checking, monitoring and testing, troubleshoot system issues and propose recommendations to resolve the issue
• Review system and user specifications, and perform user acceptance tests (UAT) if needed

• Degree holder in IT, Computer Science, statistics or equivalent qualifications
• At least 10 years’ experience in Corporate Credit Risk management, experience in project management and team management is preferred
• Providing insightful recommendations on data warehouse design/ system enhancement
• Identify opportunities to enhance data collection, analysis, and reporting processes, and implement best practices to improve efficiency and accuracy
• Strong knowledge in SAS, SQL and Python
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines
