Senior Manager / Manager, System User Support, Retail Credit Approval & Admin Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate all systems or IT related projects
Ensure the system development for application systems projects are implemented on schedule
Act as focal point to coordinate with IT, external vendor, business partners and internal users for system related projects are fully comply with internal and external regulatory requirements including information security and cyber resilience standards
Keep the product knowledge with latest market trends
Review technical requirements and coordinate with related parties for implementation
Liaise with business units, IT teams & vendor to prioritize product features and formulate product roadmap in order to define user requirements, monitor UAT progress and support production implementation
Requirements:
University degree or above and major in Computer Science / Information Technology are preferred
Minimum 3 years’ experience with at least 3 years in supervisory role, preferably with consumer banking area
Familiar with relevant policies and procedures of the Bank as well as regulatory requirements
Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset and business sense
Solid experience in project management on consumer finance products’ business
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with business users, IT and working partners
Strong leadership and project management skills and able to work under pressure
Good knowledge in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access. Knowledge in statistic tools such as SAS /Tableau will be an advantage
