First Vice President, Head of Credit Card, Consumer Lending Responsibilities:
Formulate marketing strategies for payment card products in order to achieve the assigned KPI: e.g. no. of new credit card customers, card spending and receivables, top line
Monitor and execute marketing programs to ensure smooth operation and timely roll-out of programs
Explore and develop new channels or products for business growth
Conduct post program evaluation and analysis to identify the key learning
Monitor and control marketing expenses to ensure programs launched within assigned budget
Ensure proper internal control in place and comply with regulatory requirements
Requirements:
University graduate or above in Business Administration, Marketing or related disciplines preferable
7 years or above relevant experience, with minimum 6 years’ marketing experience in the credit card / personal loan industry
Substantial knowledge of respective responsible areas / functions
Well-versed in relevant policies and procedures of the Bank as well as regulatory requirements
Strong leadership, communication and people management skills
Good PC knowledge
Strong marketing sense, good project management skill, and attention to details
Strong self-motivation, with creativity and ability to work under pressure
