1First time refers to customers with no record of using Fubon FPS Thailand QR Payment on or before 1 August 2024.
2First time refers to customers with no record of registering FPS with mobile number in Fubon Bank and setting Fubon Bank as the default receiving bank of their mobile number using the FPS Addressing Service on or before 1 August 2024.
3First time refers to customers with no record of conducting any foreign exchange on Fubon+ on or before 1 August 2024.
4First time refers to customers with no record of using Fubon+ to top-up Octopus app or WeChat Pay HK e-wallet on or before 1 August 2024.
5First time refers to customers with no record of subscribing to any fund on Fubon+ on or before 1 August 2024.
6Thailand QR Payment can only make payments through scanning the QR Code of merchants that support FPS x PromptPay. Some non-participating banks’ QR codes or PromptPay personal QR codes do not support FPS x PromptPay.

16Upon completion of each Designated Task, Eligible Customers can receive a Cash Reward (HKD) once from each Designated Task. Cash Reward gained from different Designated Tasks will be accumulated within the Promotional Period. Each Eligible Customer can only receive maximum of HK$680 in Cash Rewards, subject to quota.
17The maximum quota for the Cash Reward is limited while quota lasts, first come first served.
18Complete Designated Tasks to gain Lucky Draw Chances, each Eligible Customer can only get respective Lucky Draw Chances once per each Designated Task. Lucky Draw Chances will be accumulated during the Promotional Period, each Eligible Customer can only get a maximum of 30 Lucky Draw Chances.

“Fubon+ Digital Mission Campaign” Terms and Conditions

Terms and Conditions for “Fubon+ Digital Mission Campaign” Campaign:

  1. The promotional period for “Fubon+ Digital Mission Campaign” Campaign (“Promotion”) runs from 2 August 2024 to 30 November 2024, both dates inclusive (“Promotional Period”). This promotion is provided by Fubon Bank (Hong Kong) Limited (“the Bank”).
  2. Participants who fulfil all of the following conditions during the Promotional Period (“Eligible Customer(s)”) can participate in “Fubon+ Digital Mission Campaign”:
    • be aged 18 or above on or before 30 November 2024; and
    • hold at least one valid individual Bank Account in the Bank (includes Savings Account, Current Account and Multi-currency Account) or successfully submit an application for an individual bank account opening via Fubon GO during the Promotional Period and have the application subsequently approved by the Bank resulting in a new Bank Account being opened
  3. Fubon joint-named account customers and corporate account customers are not eligible for this promotion.
  4. Within Promotional Period, Eligible Customers who have completed any of the Designated Tasks below and fulfilled the relative requirements, will automatically receive respective lucky draw chances and cash rebate (if applicable). Details are as follow:
    4.1  After completion of a Designated Task, each Eligible Customer will only receive respective Cash Reward (if applicable) and respective Lucky Draw Chance once from each Designated Task.
    4.2  The Cash Reward for each Designated Task is available on a first come first serve basis while quotas last. The Bank will not calculate and notify customers of the remaining quota of this Promotion during the Promotional Period.
    4.3  If quota for Cash Rewards is full, Eligible Customer can still be entitled to respective Lucky Draw Chances after completion of a Designated Task.
    4.4  Each Eligible Customer can only receive a maximum of HK$680 Cash Reward within the Promotional Period.
    4.5  Each Eligible Customer can only receive a maximum of 30 Lucky Draw Chances within the Promotional Period.
    4.6  The Bank is not responsible for any failure of transaction payment due to the customer's own reasons, network issues or other unforeseen reasons, and will not distribute cash rebates or make any compensation for any reason or forms.
    4.7  Any instruction conducted outside of Fubon+ will not be calculated.


Cash Reward
  1. The cash rebate will be deposited to the individual Bank HKD account for Eligible Customers who have successfully completed Designated Task (“Eligible Customer for Cash Reward”) on or before 31 March 2025.
  2. Eligible Customers for Cash Reward must hold at least one valid individual Fubon Bank Account at the time the Cash Reward is credited. Otherwise, the Bank will not credit the Cash Reward to any other accounts for any reasons or forms. The Bank reserves the right not to grant reward without prior notice.
  3. If the individual Fubon Bank Accounts held by the Eligible Customer for Cash Reward are not denominated in Hong Kong Dollars, the Bank will credit the equivalent value of Cash Reward to the Bank’s selected account based on the other currency accounts held by the Eligible Customer for Cash Reward. The order of the account to be credited and the foreign currency conversion rate for which the Cash Reward is credited are determined by the Bank without prior notice, while the foreign currency exchange rate is based on the exchange rate on the date of deposit.


Lucky Draw Prizes and Winners Notification
  1. Each Eligible Customer’s Lucky Draw Chances from completing Designated Tasks will be accumulated within the Promotional Period, and will be used for “Fubon+ Digital Mission Campaign” Lucky Draw after the Promotional Period, Lucky Draw Winners (“Winners”) will be randomly selected by computer for the following prizes (“Prizes”). Each Winner will only be entitled to one Prize in the Lucky Draw of “Fubon+ Digital Mission Campaign”
  2. The list of Winners will be announced on the Fubon Bank website on or before 28 February 2025.
  3. All the Prizes cannot be transferred, changed or returned.
  4. The Bank will credit the Fubon Credit Card Bonus Points to the Winners’ valid Principal Card of their Fubon Credit Card Account automatically on or before 30 April 2025, and will be shown on the Winners’ Principal Card monthly statement. The credit card bonus points earned are non-transferable. General Terms and Conditions for the Fubon Credit Card Bonus Point Program apply.
  5. Winners must hold a valid Principal Card of Fubon Credit Card Account to redeem the Prize. Winners who do not hold a valid Fubon Credit Card by March 1, 2025, must successfully submit an application for any Fubon Bank Credit Card by March 15, 2025. The Fubon Credit Card Bonus Points reward will be credited to the credit card account within 60 days after the credit card is successfully approved. If the application is not submitted by the deadline, the Bank will convert the prizes into a cash reward and deposit it into the winner's valid personal bank account by April 30, 2025, according to the following distribution:(First prize: 2,000,000 Fubon Credit Card points will be converted into HK$2,000 ; Second prize: 500,000 Fubon Credit Card points will be converted into HK$500 ; Third prize: 100,000 Fubon Credit Card points will be converted into HK$100).
  6. If Winners hold multiple Fubon Credit Cards, the order of the account to be credited will be determined by the Bank without prior notice.
  7. If Winners do not hold any valid individual Fubon Bank Account or Principal Card of Fubon Credit Card Account at the time the credit card bonus points or cash reward is credited, the Bank reserves the right to not grant a reward without prior notice.


General Terms and Conditions
  1. The maximum quota for this Cash Reward and Lucky Draw Prizes is limited while quota last. The Bank will not calculate and notify customers of the remaining quota available during the Promotional Period.
  2. “Fubon+ Digital Mission Campaign” can be used along with the “Thai Easy-Pay” Promotional Offer and Fubon FPS Thailand QR Payment Promotional Offer at the same time. Please refer to Fubon Bank Website for details.
  3. The Bank reserves the right to suspend, vary or terminate this campaign or amend the relevant terms and conditions at any time without prior notice, whilst the receivable Cash Reward and Lucky Draw Chances will not be affected. In case of any dispute, the decision of the Bank shall be final and conclusive.
  4. For all records of services and transactions in this Promotion, the Bank’s record shall prevail. The Bank reserves the ultimate right to determine the eligibility of participants in the “Fubon+ Digital Mission Campaign” for inclusion in this Lucky Draw.
  5. Participation in this promotion represents the Participant’s understanding of, acceptance, and willingness to comply with the Terms and Conditions for the promotion launched by the Bank. If there are any dishonest and / or fraudulent acts by the Participants in “Fubon+ Digital Mission Campaign”. The Bank reserves the right to disqualify the Participants from “Fubon+ Digital Mission Campaign” and the Lucky Draw. The Bank also reserves the right to deduct the Cash Reward or Lucky Draw Prizes from the participant’s Fubon account.
  6. Other than the Bank and Eligible Customer, no one shall have the right to enforce or enjoy the benefits of any of these Terms and Conditions under Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance (Cap 623, Laws of Hong Kong).
  7. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed under the jurisdiction of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
  8. Should there be any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions, the English version shall prevail.
