General Terms and Conditions of the Merchant Offers:
3.1. | Black-out dates including but not limited to festive days and eves, and public holidays and eves shall apply: 1-2 January; 9-13 & 14 February; 29 March; 1-4 April; 1, 11-12 & 15 May; 10, 15 & 16 June; 1 July; 17-18 September; 1 & 11 October; 21 December (Cuisine Cuisine only) and 24, 25-26 & 31 December 2024 (all dates inclusive). |
3.2. | Advance reservation is required and subject to seat availability. The offers are limited to 2 to 12 diners only. |
3.3. | Promotion Offers are applicable to dine-in consumption only and selected takeaway menus only (applicable to Yamm Only ). |
3.4. | Promotion Offers cannot be exchanged for cash, gift/cash vouchers, or other products/services, nor be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers, discounted dishes, dining vouchers or Mira Plus card discounts. Promotion Offers are not applicable to all bottled wines and spirits, festive products, seasonal menus or promotional menus, charges for tea condiments, pre-meal snacks, “Other Charges” on the à la carte menu, discounted food or beverage items, corkage fee, cake-cutting fee, private or corporate functions, private rooms, banquets, deliveries and takeaways, unless stated otherwise. Promotion Offers are not applicable to Sunday Brunch, catering services, discounted dishes, ticket sales events, specially negotiated menus or price not publicly offered, guest chef promotions, set menus, room service, private room, VIP rooms, private functions, meetings and conference, banquets, wedding, wine dinners, special promotion events and items purchased other than food in the outlets (i.e. tobacco, cigarettes etc.), unless stated otherwise. |
3.5. | Subject to 10% service charge based on regular price. |
