Promotion Offers at Artyzen Hospitality Group (“Promotion Offers”) are only applicable to the principal and supplementary cardholders of a Fubon Visa Card. Cardholders are required to settle payment including deposit (if any) with a valid Fubon Visa Card using VisaNET to enjoy the Promotion Offers.
Fubon Visa Cardholders are required to book through the official hotel website Artyzen.com (www.artyzen.com/) and input Promo Code “AHG_Visa” to obtain the 15% off discount offer.
Promotion Offers cannot be exchanged for cash, gift/cash vouchers, or other products/services, nor be used in conjunction with other Promo Codes, cash vouchers or discounts by the Merchant.
All products and services are subject to availability and on a first-come-first-served basis while stocks last. Please check with the merchants for details.

Unless expressly provided to the contrary in these terms and conditions, a person who is not a party has no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance (Chapter 623 of the Laws of Hong Kong) to enforce or enjoy the benefit of any term of this Agreement.
Any disputes arising out of and in connection with this Promotion Offers shall be governed by the laws of Hong Kong.
Should there be any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of the terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
