General Terms and Conditions of the Merchant Offers:

The promotion period is from now until 31 December 2024 (both dates inclusive).
Promotion Offers at Artyzen Grand Lapa Macau (“Promotion Offers”) are only applicable to the principal and supplementary cardholders of a Fubon Visa Card. Cardholders are required to settle payment including deposits (if any) with a valid Fubon Visa Card using VisaNET to enjoy the Promotion Offers.
Promotion Offers are valid for the à la carte menu and regular weekend dinner buffet only at Café Bela Vista; and the à la carte menu only at Kam Lai Heen and Vasco - Bar and Lounge.
Promotion Offers are not applicable at The Cake Shop of Café Bela Vista.
Promotion Offers are not applicable on the Macau Grand Prix, public holidays and eves as well as festive days and eves.
Promotion Offers are not applicable to special promotion menus, promotional items, banquets and conferences.
Dining offer can only be applicable to one table with a maximum of 12 diners.
10% service charge, related 5% government tax and tea & condiments (if applicable) apply, and will be calculated based on the original price.
Promotion Offers cannot be exchanged for cash, gift/cash vouchers, or other products/services, nor be used in conjunction with other promo codes, cash vouchers or discounts by the Merchant.
All products and services are subject to availability and on a first-come-first-served basis while stocks last. Please check with the merchants for details.
Fubon Bank is not the product supplier or service provider of the relevant Merchant Offers and the Promotion Offers details and the relevant photos are provided by the relevant product supplier or service provider. Unless expressly provided to the contrary in these terms and conditions, a person who is not a party has no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance (Chapter 623 of the Laws of Hong Kong) to enforce or enjoy the benefit of any term of this Agreement.
Any disputes arising out of and in connection with this Promotion Offers shall be governed by the laws of Hong Kong.
Should there be any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of the terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
