1. The promotion period is from now to 31 December 2024 (both dates inclusive) (“Promotion Period”).
2. HK$500 discount offer is only applicable to Fubon Credit Cards issued by Fubon Bank (Hong Kong) Limited (the “Bank”) (“Eligible Credit Card”).
3. To enjoy the offer, customer purchases travel tour at the Goldjoy Holidays Admiralty Branch or through www.Goldjoy.com with amount equal or above HK$15,000 and input the discount code 「FUB5」with eligible credit card during the payment checkout.
4. Goldjoy Holidays reserves the right to provide a refund if the tour has to be cancelled.
5. The bank is not the product supplier or service provider of the relevant merchant offers and the offers details and the relevant photos are provided by the relevant product supplier or service provider, and the Bank shall not assume any liability whatsoever resulting from or in connection with, whether directly or indirectly, such products, services or benefits.
6. The Bank and the relevant merchants reserve the right to suspend, vary or cancel the Promotion Offer and amend the relevant Terms and Conditions at any time without any prior notice. In case of any disputes, the decision of the Bank and the relevant merchants shall be final and conclusive.
7. In the event of any conflict between English and Chinese translation of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
