Terms and Conditions for Fubon X WeChat Pay Hong Kong X CLP Spending Offers

1. The Promotion period is from 3 February 2025 to 31 March 2025 (both dates inclusive) ("Promotion Period").
2. This Promotion is organized by Fubon Bank (Hong Kong) Limited (“Fubon Bank (Hong Kong)”), WeChat Pay Hong Kong Limited (“WeChat Pay Hong Kong”) and CLP Power Hong Kong Limited (“CLP”). “WeChat Pay HK” is a mobile-based stored value facility managed and operated by WeChat Pay Hong Kong.
3. This Promotion is applicable only to WeChat Pay HK users (“Customers”) and their WeChat Pay HK account must be in normal and good standing to participate in this Promotion and enjoy the relevant offers. Any Customer whose WeChat Pay HK account status is abnormal, account protected or restricted is not eligible to participate in this Promotion.
4. During the Promotion Period, Customers can collect two HKD25 Fubon customer exclusive CLP bill payment e-cash vouchers (each, a “Fubon x WeChat Pay HK x CLP HKD25 E-Cash Voucher”) by using Weixin/WeChat to scan the QR code on relevant promotional materials and enter the campaign page on WeChat Pay HK. Upon successful collection of the Fubon x WeChat Pay HK x CLP HKD25 E-Cash Vouchers, one Fubon x WeChat Pay HK x CLP HKD25 E-Cash Voucher may be used when Users settle their CLP utility bills of HKD25 or more using the WeChat Pay HK Utilities Payment function with a Fubon Bank account as the funding channel.
5. Each Fubon x WeChat Pay HK x CLP HKD25 E-Cash Voucher will be valid for 120 days from the date of issuance and only one Fubon x WeChat Pay HK x CLP HKD25 E-Cash Voucher can be used per transaction. Any expired Fubon x WeChat Pay HK x CLP HKD25 E-Cash Voucher(s) that has not been used will automatically become invalid and will not be reissued.
6. Unless otherwise specified, the Fubon x WeChat Pay HK x CLP HKD25 E-Cash Voucher(s) cannot be used in conjunction with other WeChat Pay HK e-cash vouchers or merchant promotions.
7. The Fubon x WeChat Pay HK x CLP HKD25 E-Cash Vouchers are available on a first-come-first-served basis daily throughout the Promotion Period while the stock lasts. The number of Fubon x WeChat Pay HK x CLP HKD25 E-Cash Voucher available as recorded in the system of WeChat Pay Hong Kong shall prevail under any circumstances.
8. Customers may tap “Auto deduct” under “Coupon” in “My Rewards” page to check the details of Fubon x WeChat Pay HK x CLP HKD25 E-Cash Voucher(s). Customers are not required to present the Fubon x WeChat Pay HK x CLP HKD25 E-Cash Voucher(s) when enjoying the offers. As long as the terms and conditions are met, the Fubon x WeChat Pay HK x CLP HKD25 E-Cash Voucher(s) will be automatically deducted upon payment of a CLP utility bill and it will be shown as used after successful payment. Fubon Bank (Hong Kong), CLP and WeChat Pay Hong Kong shall bear no liability if Customers cannot redeem relevant Fubon x WeChat Pay HK x CLP HKD25 E-Cash Voucher(s) successfully and/or the relevant Fubon x WeChat Pay HK x CLP HKD25 E-Cash Voucher(s) is lost or become invalid due to any circumstances not caused by the WeChat Pay HK system.
9. During the Promotion Period, each Customer can only participate in this Promotion once in accordance with these terms and conditions. For the avoidance of doubt, “each Customer” refers to a natural person with legal capacity who uses the WeChat Pay HK service, but not merely a WeChat Pay HK account. To further avoid any dispute, in the following circumstances, the relevant WeChat Pay HK accounts will be deemed to be used by the same Customer:
   
   • logging in of multiple WeChat Pay HK accounts on the same mobile phone or mobile device; or
   • logging in of the same WeChat Pay HK account with multiple mobile phones or mobile devices; or
   • the same bank account or credit card number being connected to multiple WeChat Pay HK accounts.
   
   In the case of any of the above, in order to verify the Customer’s eligibility and prevent the risk of theft or misuse of such WeChat Pay HK account, mobile phone number, mobile device, bank account number, or credit card number, WeChat Pay Hong Kong reserves the right to suspend or terminate the release of Fubon x WeChat Pay HK x CLP HKD25 E-Cash Voucher(s) rewarded to the relevant WeChat Pay HK account and to take legal action as it deems fit.
10. If there is more than one (1) e-cash voucher stored in “Coupon” under Customer’s WeChat Pay HK account, under applicable circumstances, the e-cash voucher with the highest value will be used first. In case the e-cash vouchers are of the same value, the e-cash voucher with the earliest expiry date will be used first. Customers can only use one e-cash voucher for each transaction conducted with WeChat Pay HK unless otherwise specified.
11. When WeChat Pay HK has more than one (1) e-cash voucher promotion running concurrently, Customers will be entitled to all the e-cash voucher(s) as long as they can satisfy the relevant eligibility criteria for any or all promotions.
12. The Fubon x WeChat Pay HK x CLP HKD25 E-Cash Voucher(s) are issued by WeChat Pay Hong Kong and can only be used for transaction paid via WeChat Pay HK Utilities Payment function with a Fubon Bank account as the funding channel to settle CLP utility bills of HKD25 or more. The use of Fubon x WeChat Pay HK x CLP HKD25 E-Cash Voucher(s) is also subject to other relevant terms and conditions to be determined by WeChat Pay Hong Kong from time to time. 13. By participating in the Promotion, Customers accept and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions thereof and agree that WeChat Pay Hong Kong may use his/her personal information for the purpose of this Promotion in accordance with the “WeChat Pay Hong Kong Privacy Policy”.
14. For refund of a CLP utility bill after the payment is completed,
    
    • in the case of a full refund (as agreed between the Customer and CLP), the relevant Fubon x WeChat Pay HK x CLP HKD25 E-Cash Voucher will be reissued with its validity period and conditions of usage unchanged, if the relevant Fubon x WeChat Pay HK x CLP HKD25 E-Cash Voucher has expired at the time of refund, it cannot be used again and cannot be reissued; and
    • in the case of partial refund (as agreed between the Customer and CLP), the relevant Fubon x WeChat Pay HK x CLP HKD25 E-Cash Voucher will not be reissued after being used.
    
    Please contact CLP directly for a refund. WeChat Pay Hong Kong and Fubon Bank (Hong Kong) are not in a position to intervene in any refund arrangement and are not responsible for the performance and quality of products/services offered by the merchants.
15. If there is any breach of these Terms and Conditions or illegal, fraudulent or abusive behavior to obtain/and use of the WeChat Pay HK e-stamp(s) and/or Fubon x WeChat Pay HK x CLP HKD25 E-Cash Voucher(s), or if any Customer commits any act affecting other Customer’s ability to participate in this Promotion fairly, WeChat Pay Hong Kong and Fubon Bank (Hong Kong) reserve the right to immediately cancel such Customer’s eligibility for this Promotion and the entitlement (if so obtained) to the Fubon x WeChat Pay HK x CLP HKD25 E-Cash Voucher(s) forthwith and without notice.
16. Fubon x WeChat Pay HK x CLP HKD25 E-Cash Voucher(s) are not transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or other products, and cannot be used in conjunction with other Fubon Bank (Hong Kong) promotional offers unless otherwise specified.
17. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and will be construed to be in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
18. These Terms and Conditions are subject to prevailing regulatory requirements.
19. Fubon Bank (Hong Kong) and WeChat Pay Hong Kong reserve the right to vary or terminate the Promotion at any time and to amend the terms and conditions thereof from time to time without prior notice. In case of disputes, the decision of Fubon Bank (Hong Kong) and WeChat Pay Hong Kong shall be final and conclusive.
20. This Promotion and the relevant offers are subject to the Terms and Conditions for the relevant products or services. If there are any inconsistencies between the Terms and Conditions for the relevant products or services and these Terms and Conditions, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
21. The English version of these terms and conditions shall prevail whenever there is a discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions.
