Terms and Conditions of “Fubon+ New Cardless Withdrawal Feature”

1. The promotion period for the “Fubon+ New Cardless Withdrawal Feature” Promotion (“Promotion”) runs from 10 December 2024 to 9 January 2025, both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”).
2. The Promotion is exclusive to customers of Fubon Bank (Hong Kong) Limited (the “Bank”) who hold at least one valid individual HKD Bank Account with the Bank (including Savings Account, Current Account, and Multi-currency Account) ( “Eligible Customer(s)”).
3. Fubon joint-named account customers and corporate account customers are not eligible for this Promotion.
4. During the Promotion Period, Eligible Customer(s) who has successfully completed at least one cardless withdrawal transaction via Fubon Mobile Banking Application (“Fubon+”) at JETCO network ATMs can receive 12,500 Fubon Credit Card Bonus Points rewards (“Bonus Points rewards”).
5. Bonus Points rewards is only applicable to principal Fubon Credit Card issued by the Bank. Applicable credit cards do not include corporate cards, debit cards, any reward cards and Fubon Credit Card Supplementary Card.
6. The Bonus Points rewards will be credited to valid principal card of Fubon Credit Card Account of Eligible Customer(s) on or before 31 May 2025, and will be shown on Eligible Customers’ principal card monthly statement. The Bonus Points rewards earned are non-transferable. Eligible Customer(s) are also not allowed to receive the rewards in any other form.
7. Each Eligible Customer must hold a valid principal Fubon Credit Card to receive the Bonus Points rewards. Eligible Customer(s) who do not hold a valid principal Fubon Credit Card must successfully apply for a Fubon Credit Card on or before 28 February 2025. The Bonus Points rewards will be credited to the credit card account on or before 31 May 2025 after the successful approval of the credit card.
8. If a principal Fubon Credit Card application is not submitted before the application deadline or if the application is not successfully approved for any reason, the Bank will substitute cash rewards of HK$25 and credit to the Eligible Customers’ valid individual Fubon HKD Bank Account on or before 31 May 2025.
9. If Eligible Customer(s) hold multiple Fubon Credit Cards or multiple valid individual HKD Bank Account, the order of the account to be credited will be determined by the Bank without prior notice.
10. If customers do not hold any valid individual Principal Card of Fubon Credit Card Account or Fubon Bank Account at the time the bonus points or cash rewards is credited, the Bank reserves the right not to grant a reward without prior notice.
11. Each Eligible Customer can enjoy the Bonus Points rewards or cash rewards for this Promotion once only.
12. The Bonus Points and gifts from different Card accounts under the same cardholder will be accumulated and redeemed separately. The Bonus Points accumulated will be valid for up to one year (calculated by Membership year). Due date of the Bonus Points will be shown on the cardholder’s principal card monthly statement. Voided or expired Bonus Points will be automatically purged and cannot be extended or redeemed. Purged Bonus Points will not be shown on the monthly statement.
13. The Bank will not announce the results and notify the Eligible Customer(s) individually.
14. Eligible Customer(s) are required to set the "JETCO Cardless Withdrawal Limit" in Fubon+ before proceeding with their first cardless withdrawal. The Bank is not responsible for any withdrawal failures due to any reason, and will not distribute Bonus Point rewards and cash rewards or make any compensation for any reason or in any form.
15. The number of Eligible Customer(s) for this Promotion is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. The Bank will not calculate and notify customers of the remaining quota of this Promotion during the Promotion Period. If Eligible Customer(s) have any enquiries regarding the distribution of Bonus Points or cash rewards, customer can contact Fubon Bank Integrated Customer Service Hotline during office hours.
16. For all records of services and transactions in this Promotion, the Bank’s record shall prevail.
17. The Bank reserves the right to vary or terminate the Promotion at any time and to amend the terms and conditions from time to time without prior notice. In case of any dispute arising from the reward method, the eligibility of Eligible Customer(s), details of the Bonus Points rewards or cash rewards and all related matters, the decision of the Bank shall be final and conclusive.
18. If there are any dishonest and/or fraudulent acts by the Eligible Customer(s) that led to the reward of this Promotion, the Bank reserves the right to disqualify the Eligible Customer(s) from this Promotion. The Bank also reserves the right to deduct the Bonus Points rewards or cash rewards to the Eligible Customer(s) directly from the Eligible Customer’s account without prior notice, or take legal action as the Bank deems appropriate to recover any outstanding amounts.

20. Other than the Bank and Eligible Customer(s), no one shall have the right to enforce or enjoy the benefits of any of these Terms and Conditions under Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance (Cap 623, Laws of Hong Kong).
21. Should there be any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions, the English version shall prevail.
