Senior Vice President, Head of Merchant Business Banking, Consumer Finance Responsibilities:
Ride on existing merchant acquiring portfolio to maximize commercial lending opportunities
Acquire new commercial clients via providing end-to-end merchant acquiring, lending and other banking solutions
Design commercial financing products and formulate both manual and digital marketing strategies
To manage the existing client portfolio by cross-selling to them suitable banking solutions according to their needs
Set sales targets and goals and provide training and guidance to salesforce to achieve the defined goals
Determine and maintain a fast react and effective product, pricing and risk management tactics according to the market situation
Ensure proper internal control in place, to timely and accurately conduct KYC and transaction monitoring review in strict compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
Requirements:
University graduate or above
7 years or above relevant experience
4 years or above in management experience
Substantial knowledge of respective responsible areas / functions
Well-versed in relevant policies and procedures of the Bank as well as regulatory requirements
Strong leadership, communication and people management skills
PC knowledge
Self-motivated, mature, aggressive, with an entrepreneurial mind
