General Terms and Conditions: |

The “Bank” means Fubon Bank (Hong Kong) Limited. |
2. |
“Promotion Period” is from 1 July 2023 to 30 September 2023, both dates inclusive. The offers are limited and available on a first-come-first-served basis while quota lasts. |
3. |
All offers in this Promotion are only applicable to personal customers (sole account) who have not been entitled to any cash reward under Fubon Payroll Account Service Promotion since 21 June 2021, but not applicable to joint account, corporate customers, the staff of the Bank and its subsidiaries or affiliates. |
4. |
For all records of services and transactions in this Promotion, the Bank’s record shall prevail. |
5. |
All privileges and rewards cannot be transferred, returned or exchanged for other products or rewards. |

All offers and services are subject to their relevant terms and conditions, please contact our staff for details |
7. |
No person other than the Bank and the customer who entered into a contract relating to this Promotion (if any) with the Bank will have any right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance (Cap. 623, the Laws of Hong Kong) to enforce or to enjoy the benefit of any term under these Terms and Conditions. |

The Bank reserves the right to suspend, vary or terminate the promotion and amend the relevant terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. |
9. |
In the event of a dispute arising out of the interpretation of terms and condition and eligibility of offer under this promotion, the decision of the Bank shall be final and conclusive. |

11. |
Should there be any discrepancies between the English and Chinese versions of the terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail. |
Terms and Conditions of “Fubon Payroll Account Service Welcome Reward”: |

To be entitled to the cash reward below, customer must fulfill ALL of the following requirements during the Promotion Period (“Eligible Customer”)::

(ii) Successfully register “Fubon Payroll Account Service Promotion” through the Bank’s website, and set up “Auto-payroll” arrangement by using Fubon magi©money manager HKD Interest-bearing Current Account or Fubon HKD Statement Savings Account (“Designated Payroll Account”); AND |
(iii) |
The Designated Payroll Account has auto-payroll transactions in 3 consecutive months during Designated Payroll Period, and fulfill the relevant “Monthly Average Payroll Amount” requirement: |

- “Auto-payroll” refers to credit of salary to Fubon Payroll Account via Autopay or Standing Instruction. Overseas remittance, local electronic transfer, cheque or cash deposit and any funds transferred from any existing accounts within the Bank are excluded.
- “Monthly Average Payroll Amount” refers to the average monthly salary of the 3 consecutive months with Auto-payroll transactions in the Designated Payroll Account during the Designated Payroll Period. If there are Auto-payroll transactions of 4 consecutive months or more, monthly salary of the first 3 months will be used to calculate the average amount.

The Bank will credit the relevant cash reward to the Designated Payroll Account of Eligible Customer at the date of crediting cash reward stated in Clause 12 (iii) (or other period announced via the Bank’s website), yet the Eligible Customer must still hold valid Designated Payroll Account, e-Banking Service and e-Statement Service (in normal status). |
14. |
Each Eligible Customer shall only be entitled to this welcome reward once under this Promotion. If customer registered the Promotion more than once during the Promotion Period, only the record of last successful registration will be counted. The customer will not be entitled to the welcome reward if there is discrepancy between the Designated Payroll Account number registered by customer and under the Bank’s record. |
Terms and Conditions of “Bill Payment Extra Reward”: |
15. |
Eligible Customer who successfully complete one bill payment transaction with HKD$100 or above via Autopay or PPS using Designated Payroll Account on or before 31 January 2024 can enjoy extra HK$20 cash reward, each customer can be entitled to HK$100 cash reward at maximum. |
16. |
The Bank will credit the relevant cash reward to the Designated Payroll Account of Eligible Customer on or before 31 March 2024 (or other period announced via the Bank’s website), yet the Eligible Customer must still hold valid Designated Payroll Account, e-Banking Service and e-Statement Service (in normal status). |
17. |
The Bank will credit the relevant cash reward to the Designated Payroll Account of Eligible Customer at the date of crediting cash reward stated in Clause 16 (or other period announced via the Bank’s website), yet the Eligible Customer must still hold valid Designated Payroll Account, e-Banking Service and e-Statement Service (in normal status). |
